Parliament Street is home to Auckland's High Court and historical buildings. The neighbourhood is quiet & located in the CBD where a mixture of working professionals, students and tourists mingle. The building is modern, contemporary, well-managed & has a friendly vibe. Recently renovated entrance way by end of 2021.

Albert Park is around the corner, Auckland Domain is great for bush walks, the Museum & Winter Gardens. Down Anzac Avenue, is one of the best Yakitori restaurants in the city - Ken Yakitori. You'll be in close walking distance if you're a ticket holder of one of Spark Arena's many events.
