This spacious 2,300-square-foot retreat combines the ambiance of a tranquil mountain lodge with the conveniences of a town center location. With easy access to restaurants, shops, parks, and hiking trails, guests will love the year-round entertainment—and world-class skiing is only 10 minutes away!

Big Pine Chalet provides on-site parking for 1 vehicle in the garage with additional driveway spots, making it easy to explore the surrounding area—including Big Sky Resort, Big Sky Golf Course, and Gallatin River. Skyline Bus runs a shuttle service that travels from the mountain to the canyon with stops in Moonlight Basin, Mountain Village, Town Center, Meadow Village, and Gallatin Canyon.

Relaxing, Clean and easy

The property was very clean with new amenities. Quiet, relaxing and accessible to local stores and restaurants. Close to Yellowstone for day trips. WIFI was good for working remote. Working with the property management team was seamless and easy. No issues. No stress. Only real issue was I found cell coverage was spotty while at the property ( both Verizon and AT&T). Overall, very nice stay and location.

Nice new property in good location

We’ve stayed in this area before and it’s great because yore only 10 min from the mountain and there are quite a few restaurants within 5 min. As for this house, it is decent, somewhat sparsely decorated, but with a good view from the living room. Coat hooks in the entry off the garage would be helpful for ski clothing. We booked last minute, and feel this was on the pricey side for what it was, but in reality we may not have a good perspective on current market for housing. We’ve been coming to big sky since the early 90s and it continues to get more and more expensive. My only real complaint was upon arrival the house was not entirely clean. There was a full garbage can and recyclables along with a few dirty dishes. There is remnants of construction clutter in the garage. All in all it served us fine.
