Handicap person with us

We had a great stay and I had my handicap Mom with us. For this reason I picked this location. Everything went well (brought my own elevated toilet seat with me). The only recommendation I have would be to change the higher bed to the handicap bathroom room. People in wheelchairs need elevated bed and unfortunately the higher bed was in another room. Other than that, everything went well. Very good option for a family. Thanks

Las Olas Loft

The location of the property was excellent. The 3-bedroom unit looked just like the pictures online, and the views were breathtaking. However, there were a few inconveniences. The check-in process online was easy, but getting to the unit was a challenge. One of the key card entry door was not working, and parking was a nightmare. There are only 2 floors where Sonder guests can park and they were full pretty much all of the time. There is a work around to park in the “future resident” spot, but that's temporary. The unit was very modern, clean and spacious. They provided hotel like toiletries, but no body wash. Also, the combo washer/dryer took 3+ HOURS to do a half load of laundry. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would probably book again if it was a solo trip, but definitely not as a family or beach trip.

Nice Building, Nice Location

location was great because it was close to restaurants and overall area was nice. building was beautiful and had a great pool area that my kids enjoyed. only thing we did not enjoy was the noise at night from neighboring party areas.
