Condo Suggestions
The condo is beautiful with a great view. However, it needs a new sofa, which the owner plans to purchase, and the leather chair in the living room needs to be replaced. Also, the carpet in the two bedrooms should be replaced, preferably with something other than carpet such as laminate or tile. Carpet holds in dirt, mites, and other undesirable entities, which leads to mold, mildew, and bad odors. Steam cleaning the carpet only removes some of the undesirables. The bad odor will eventually return. Whereas, laminate or tile can be easily and completely cleaned, and never leads to a bad odor. Washable throw rugs can then be used over the new laminate or tile flooring in the bedrooms.
