The accommodations and propery were lovely. A few things to note. Duvets and pillows were provided but we had to bring our own duvet covers and linens which was inconvenient. Missing some basic supplies like a first aid kit and oven mits. There was a washer and dryer but the water was turned off and could not find the valve to turn it on. The bedroom with the queen bed is very tight. We pulled the bed away from the wall to comfortably sleep 2 without having to crawl over each other but this meant we could not close the bedroom door.
Overall a great stay.

Thanks for the feedback, Lisa! Glad you had a lovely time. I wish you had told us that the water was turned off for the washer dryer, we would have looked into it for you.
This property is lovely, on a very peaceful piece of land and the home is very nice with great decor. But there are none of the regular amenities offered in most properties. You need to bring your own linens, including kitchen and bathroom hand towels, there were no staple kitchen items like salt/pepper or oil and we were surprised there weren't even oven mitts.
The driveway getting in also has large rocks and holes that make it a bit difficult if you are in a smaller/low car.
Communication was great with the host and we enjoyed the hot tub and comfortable property. I would recommend this property. Just be prepared to load the car to have everything you need.

Hi. I'm glad you had a lovely stay in our beautiful and comfortable cottage. We appreciate your feedback. Unfortunately, for health and safety issues due to covid, we are unable to provide all these items. Prior to covid, we did have all these items in the property. We would rather have guests come with their own personal items to avoid any form of virus spread. We get housekeeping to extremely wipe down and disinfect after every guest to ensure health and safety is topnotch. As soon as the world is free of covid and virus spread, we will be reverting back. Thanks
Lovely property. Quiet and private and great for families of all ages. Nice water access for small children. We really enjoyed the property’s amenities. Thank you.
The cottage is as lovely as the pictures show. Comfortable and with an amazing environment around it. We got visited every morning by a flock of blue jays which really made our breakfasts much better.
Beautiful spot for a quit staycation. Cottage was perfect for two couples and a couple young children. The sound of the River will calm anyone’s hectic lifestyle!
