Beautiful Brand New (2020 built) Southern Facing Cottage on Beautiful Lake Cecebe/Lake Ahmic. This four-season cottage is exactly what you are looking for to relax and unwind.

Relish in the stunning sunsets on the brand new dock, breathe in the crisp air by the outdoor fire-pit or get lost in a good book inside - this Skyline getaway will quickly become your new happy place.

Lake Cecebe/Lake Ahmic is located a short 2.5 hours from Toronto and 25 minutes north of Huntsville, Muskoka. The property is easy to get to, off the main highway. The cottage faces South-West which provides all-day sun exposure as well as has a large over-sized deck on the rear of the house, facing beautiful lake Cecebe.

A short 10-minute drive gets you to the downtown area of Burks Falls where you will find grocery stores, restaurants, bars, a gas station, and a convenience store. A short 10-minute drive in the opposite direction gets you to a beautiful public beach, children's playground, and a small mom/pop grocery store in the town of Magnetawan.

Each of the bedrooms has a king size bed, and mattress. 2 of the bedrooms have a ceiling fan. This is an air conditioned cottage with a whole home air exchanger system.

The large spacious family room with high ceilings looks out to the backyard and out onto Lake Cecebe. A massive 75" television with over 2500 channels, movies on demand, Netflix, and Amazon prime will keep you entertained indoors. A sofa bed is also available here.
