お買い物パンダが大好きなので泊まるのを楽しみにしていたのにアメニティーのグッズは足らないし、それを電話しても折返しを待ってもないので再度掛けるとあー先程の方ですねと対応の遅さを謝ることもしないし...

お買い物パンダが大好きなので泊まるのを楽しみにしていたのにアメニティーのグッズは足らないし、それを電話しても折返しを待ってもないので再度掛けるとあー先程の方ですねと対応の遅さを謝ることもしないし、チェックインもチェックアウトも予約番号が一致せず、オーペレターに問い合わせしても対応の悪さ、チェックインするために入るセキリティの番号も違う、なんかお買い物パンダファンを愕然とさせる対応の悪さとセキリティのなさでした。グッズも楽しみにしていたのに不足して結果的にはもらえましたがなんか納得いかない対応。お買い物パンダの部屋は予想以上に癒やされましたがその他最悪な状態でした。お買い物パンダのファンを愕然とさせないためにも見直し考えたほうが良いかと思います。
