By The Bay Beach House is located in the heart of Birch Bay. Just one street up from the beach + ocean (a 1-2 minute walk!) with multiple public beach access points.
There is a salt water canal right behind the house that is fed and fluctuates with the ocean. Enjoy your morning coffee on the private, upper front porch out front. Relax + hang-out in the hot tub, play yard games. Walking distance to everything! and a 30 second walk to the infamous "C shop! "

We are a family who loves spending our days out on our farm. When we aren't home, you'll usually find us shuttling kids between hockey and horseback riding. We always dreamed of having a place by the sea- a spot where our children could create lasting memories of their childhood. It brings us so much joy knowing that other people get to enjoy it too.

Why they chose this property

After years of dreaming and searching, and right when we least expected it ...We found our little beach house. We had always dreamed of a home by the sea...the smell of salt water in the air. The most perfect little beach town with walking distance to all the fun things that Birch Bay has to offer
