Enjoy Breathtaking Beauty on the Chesapeake Bay
The handicap accessible rooms have been newly updated and renovated to meet ADA standards, which includes a wider bathroom doorway, a higher toilet, a large walk in/roll in shower with chair, and support rails throughout the bathroom. This 300 sq. ft. room has one queen bed and one extra-long twin bed with comfortable 3-inch memory foam toppers for a great night sleep. It also includes a lounge chair recliner and non carpeted floors. This room can comfortably sleep two or three guests, with a maximum occupancy of four. Each handicap accessible room connects to an adjoining Standard Deluxe room in order to accommodate a caregiver.

Sandy Cove is a Christian retreat center with 200+ acres on the headwaters of the Chesapeake Bay, offering beautiful views in all seasons.

Surrounded by 200+ acres of God's beautiful creation, you can make your stay a peaceful, quiet time, taking part in as many activities on property as you choose.
Many activities are available including mini golf, sports fields, trails, pools, hot tub (& more, seasonally). You can download the free CampersAPP, choose Sandy Cove as your destination, and use the passcode “Sandycove” to see the other activities/amenities available during your stay.
Just 4 miles from the quaint town of North East, you can spend the day shopping, antiquing, strolling Main Street or enjoy a bite at one of the many local restaurants - from coffee shops to fine dining!
