This is our 17th home rental with 0 negative reviews. This one was tougher for us. The pool and hot tub were very dirty(disgustingly), so dirty the hot tub would not heat. We paid for a heated pool. We advised Brandi upon arrival, but nothing happened. We had to have a kitchen sink repaired in order to use it. One of the toilets was broken, and could not be used. In general everywhere we turned things were broken or dirty. We did not get what we paid for.

This house was absolutely perfect for us! The location is unbeatable, the pool is dreamy, the house is amazing. The check in process was flawless and Brandi was a great guest contact! The view in backyard feels like a resort

One of the best things about this property is the local manager, Brandi. When you're sitting in the backyard, you can hardly believe you're in a very nice neighborhood. It looks and feels like you're way out in the desert surrounded by desert beauty! It's quite lovely. Quiet and beautiful. A few of the photos could be updated, but over all our family party of 6 were comfortable. Our stay was in early May and the pool did not need heating. To run the pool waterfall, you need to contact Brandi who runs it via wifi for you - we chose not to run it. Honestly, the pool is lovely without the waterfall running. There are many pool lounges - enough for everyone to claim a space. All the appliances in the house worked perfectly and high quality. Furniture and beds were comfortable, bedding was nice. The boys loved the game room foosball table - just off the garage area. Large handy laundry room. Home is all one level - which for me was important - I use a cane. The property was clean and tidy. After we worked through a few things when we arrived, mostly dealing with outdoor furniture, we enjoyed our stay over Mothers Day. Brandi was very available and as helpful as she could be - we appreciated her!

Make the best of it!

The property was very nice, however, very frustrating and disappointing that the property was not ready by check in and patio had missing, stained, and broken furniture, which we found we just had to live with. Also, had to contact management for pool/patio lighting.

Beautiful home with plenty of space for our group. The teens loved the pool and hot tub. We had a 5lb yorkie that enjoyed running around the large yard. The kitchen was well equipped. Would definitely rent this home again.

We visited Arizona and this home was perfect for our two families. The kids loved the backyard and pool. The home had everything we needed. After we booked it, we were informed that the pool would likely need to be heated, otherwise, it would be too cold to swim. The extra cost to heat the pool was well worth it because the kids swam day and night. The location of the home was convenient. There are mulitple restaurants and shopping centers nearby. The backyard has excellent privacy. You can walk to the end of the street to access hiking trails. It is easy to get around Glendale, Phoenix and Scottsdale. The property management people were extremely responsive and ensured we had everything needed for our stay!

Great house, very clean and comfortable, many amenitiies and close to a few nice spots to eat (less than 10 min), food store and not far from mall area. We didn't use the pool b/c of the weather, but it looks amazing. This is a fantastic home and location, that we'll definitelyi try to come back to in the future

The house was exactly if not better than shown on the pictures. We had our adult kids with us and everyone truly enjoyed it. Grocery stores nearby and hiking trails within walking distance. The home was beautiful and well stocked. Everything you could possibly need is provided. The outdoor living area and pool were so much fun; plenty of shade and sun during all times of the day. Neighborhood is safe and very quiet. The nature preserve that backs up to the property makes you feel like you are staying somewhere remote, when in reality shopping and groceries are less than 5 minutes away. Very convenient to all highways. A+ effort is made by the management to quickly take care of all requests. The only slight nuisance was some seasonal bees and scorpions on the property, which is totally beyond anyone’s control. This is to be expected if you are visiting Arizona during the summer. Highly recommend this house!
