The home has beautiful luxury vinyl flooring with tile in the kitchen and bathrooms. The open living area has a large sectional sofa for comfortable seating and a large flat screen TV. The dining area has room for six. The master suite has a king size bed, large walk-in closet and the master bath a walk-in shower. Guest bedroom has a queen size bed and there is an additional bedroom set up as an office and TV viewing room, the office has a pull out sofa. Guest bathroom has a tub/shower combo. The screened in lanai has privacy and a wonderful seating arrangement to enjoy company and refreshments after a great fun filled day. The location is perfect, near Lake Sumter Landing and Colony Shopping Center where you will find a Publix Super Market, several restaurants and convenient shopping.
