Extremely Disappointing Experience at Sonder Sora
I recently stayed at Sonder Sora, and my experience was far from satisfactory. I had previously stayed at a different Sonder, where I had a fantastic experience, which led me to choose Sonder Sora with high expectations. Unfortunately, my stay turned out to be a series of disappointments.
One of the most unsettling issues was the presence of black hair on the sheets. It's disheartening to find such a basic lapse, as it not only indicates poor housekeeping but also raises concerns about the overall hygiene of the accommodation.
The condition of the walls was another letdown. Not only were they not completely painted, but they were also visibly dirty. This lack of attention to detail significantly detracted from the overall aesthetic and comfort of the room.
Perhaps the most disturbing discovery was what appeared to be snot on the bathroom wall. This is utterly unacceptable. It raises questions about the cleanliness and maintenance standards of Sonder Sora.
Overall, my experience at Sonder Sora was marred by a series of issues ranging from hygiene concerns to maintenance issues and a lack of timely communication.
I was told that if I had called during our stay, they could have helped more; however, when we tried checking in, we did not have the code until 2 hours after our check in time. We spent about 30 minutes on the phone. Because we already experienced frustration in calling, we chose to wait until after our stay so as not to waste more time during our short stay.
