The villa features WIFI, two bedrooms (4 queen beds), two full baths, sleeper sofa bed (living room), Smart TVs (3 TVs - guests must use own streaming accounts), DVD, central heat & air, washer/dryer & whirlpool tub. The open floor plan offers a spacious common area with adjoining kitchen, dining and living areas. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, full-size refrigerator and stove. The dining area is conveniently located next to the kitchen and has a dining table that seats 4 with additional seating at the kitchen bar. The master bedroom has 2 queen beds with a walk-through closet and private bath and Smart TV. The master bath has a tub/shower enclosure. The 2nd bedroom has two queen beds with a large, jetted tub and walk-in shower in the bath and Smart TV. The second bedroom also has a wet bar with refrigerator, sink, microwave and coffee maker. A private deck is accessible from the living room area offering views of the pool and courtyard/grilling common areas. The community has indoor & outdoor pools, whirlpool spa, exercise room, courtyard with charcoal grills and picnic areas. Complimentary linens, towels and departure cleaning service are included. We loved this rental. Very clean and great set up for our family. The indoor pool and hot tub seemed to be out of order, but the condo itself was fantastic for our family. Maintenance issue came up and was taken care of very well. Thank you.

We really enjoyed our weekend here. The house was as advertised. The beds were really comfortable. I love that one of the rooms is practically an isolated apartment, especially since we were a group of friends traveling together. It is on the 3rd floor with no elevator - not a problem for us - but keep that in mind if you have mobility issues.

Condo near the beach

Good location near the beach with plenty of room. Property was very clean and had everything we needed. Had a minor issue with the front door that i was able to resolve and property management was very responsive. As others have said, this condo is on the third floor with no elevator. Not a big deal for me, but could be for some.

This was one of the best VRBO's I have stayed in. Beds were comfy and the place had enough room for 4 adults. Clean except for certain things. The blender looked like it had never been cleaned. Coffee Pot was dirty. Little damages here and there, but I made sure the property management knew about them. All and all a very nice place. I would stay here again

The condo was as pictured on the site. It was clean when I arrived. Bug found in the sheets in one of the beds upon our arrival but I re-washed and no further bugs seen throughout the rest of the stay. For future travelers- pool key needs to be picked up at the realty office 5 minutes away.

Clean spacious condo

Beware your contract states that you are not refunded if HVAC is not working. The HVAC did not work on day one they fixed evening of 2nd day. Just want people to be aware of what they sign. This was my fault so I still gave them a 5. Otherwise this condo is spacious and clean. Mattresses are very firm. Roku on all the tvs. Regular coffee pot, a blender as well as plenty of dishes and utensils. Great location for families with older / grown children.

Very nice area, complex. The unit itself needs better maintenance. You must drive to the rental office, 3 miles away, to get a key for the pools. The shower had a film of slime around the top of the shower walls. There was a toy behind the sofa, I guess the cleaning ppl don't look behind that very much. There was also a medicine vial left child heighth on a shelf in the dining room, once again I don't think the cleaning ppl clean the shelves or they would have found it. It was clean without deep introspection then the pitfalls began to show themselves. It isn't stocked like other rentals I've stayed in. No extras such as laundry detergent, aluminum foil, and the Roku and other television apps didn't work. I did contact the manager and did get a speedy reply with helpful suggestions. However they did not pan out. It looks like it hasn't been fully renovated in a long time. The carpet is worn out and dirty. The vertical blinds are missing slats. No Keurig and I had to go out and purchase a hair dryer. For the money I guess we got "maybe" what we paid for. I did inform the management office I would not return. There isn't anything to do in Calabash or Sunset Beach, other than beach. Parking is expensive. I know, this has nothing to do with the rental or the agency, just thought I'd put that out there. They were very nice, however, as far as the rental office goes.
