Casa del Sol Breeze is a stunning Mediterranean-style home located on the north end of Fort Myers Beach. This is a custom-built home with a heated swimming pool and a large private patio surrounded by native, lush Florida landscaping. Start your day with coffee on the balcony and end it with sipping beverages poolside in the afternoon. This home offers 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with an open floor plan on the main level and a game room on the first floor. Everyone has plenty of space to chill, read, or just hang out! Inside, you will find such special details as gorgeous granite countertops, flat screen TVs, Comfy sofas with built-in recliners, wireless internet, custom cabinetry, and a fabulous kitchen for preparing scrumptious meals. For some friendly family competition, there is a game room with a pool table, foosball table, TV, and comfy seating on the first floor. Unwind in the primary bedroom with a king bed and a large en suite with a walk-in shower. The first guest bedroom features a queen bed, and the second offers two twin beds; both bedrooms share the hall bathroom with a walk-in shower. A sleeper sofa in the living room allows for up to 8 guests to sleep comfortably. Outside is a sparkling pool with plenty of lounge seating to have your pick if you want sun or shade. Finishing up this amazing home is a gas grill, washer and dryer, and an outdoor TV. Come make lasting memories at Casa del Sol Breeze.

Welcome to Fort Myers Beach! There are multiple state parks nearby that are waiting for your adventures. Jump on the trolley to take you south to the secluded Lover's Key State Park or go north to Bowditch Point Park. The Fish Tale Marina offers boat rentals and dockage for those wanting to get out on the water. Travel around the island in style in a rented Moke or golf cart. Trolley service is also available from Estero Boulevard to the Times Square area, the central hub of Fort Myers Beach. Several restaurants, shops, and bars have come back since the hurricane. If a day trip is what you are looking for, check out the Key West Express for an unforgettable trip to Key West. Don’t forget to see Sanibel Lighthouse, which is less than 15 miles away! Please note that the area is currently rebuilding after Hurricane Ian. Beware of BED BUGS….Room with twin beds was infested with bed bugs. My brother woke up in the middle of the night to several bites and found multiple bed bugs in both twin beds. He was miserable for over half the stay from the bites. Talked with property management and ended up having to have pest control come twice during our 4 day stay. In general, the house was in a great location; making walking to the beach and downtown easy. Neighbors were friendly and the pool was convenient for our kids. Note; the beach wagon has a busted wheel, making it hard to pull around. This would have been a 5 star rating if it had not been for the bugs..

Great Place!

Casa Del Sol Breeze was the perfect place to stay in Ft Myers. Beach was a short walk, and having the beach wagon with a few chairs to take worked out perfectly. We were also pleased how close it was to Tmes Square and many places to have food, drinks, and live music. Ft Myers is doing a great job rebuilding and I can't wait to watch it continue.

Beautiful home and very clean. Wagon, beach chairs, beach towels and umbrellas were much appreciated. The ice maker was broken during our entire stay, but they did bring us some ice.

Wonderful property and does not look like it was affected by the hurricane. We had a great stay for our family. Some more towels would have been nice due to the amount of people that can stay at the residence, and also there weren’t any garbage bags at the property. Overall, everything was clean and organized.

The air conditioning in the lower level did not work for the first 24 hours. The pullout bed in the basement is very stained and thin. The responsiveness of this company was okay at the beginning but the last two days, they didn’t respond at all and you CAN NOT speak to a person. They DO NOT provide more toilet paper or paper towels than what is on the holders as starters. There were 6 of us and I had to go buy more. There were multiple light bulbs flickering. Overall, the maintenance of this place is minimal. Location was good. Beware this is a company and not owners.
