Nice clean property, centrally located in Gibsons
Very nice renovated home, the location was great and we had great communication with Matt. All our friends enjoyed their stay except for one thing. There is an outside security camera that is directly over the outside patio table monitoring the backyard and patio door. As per our rental agreement, It was disclosed but it still didn't feel right. When I suggested to Matt it may be better positioned it was not received well. Besides that, it was a great rental and I would highly recommend it as long as you are cool with the possibility of being monitored,

Great location, easy to get to town and main shops as well as access to the highway up the coast. Really liked that there was a garage for storing our bikes. Great for a family!

We were there for a wedding. the house was perfect to accommodate my family on the groom side and they had the groom pictures done there the decor of the house was perfect and the backyard. we could not ask for a better setting it was more than what we expected the house was very organized and clean

Big, bright, modern kitchen and bathrooms, comfy beds, lots of games and big TV screens for evening movies, deer visiting the backyard, a lovely patio, great location and very gracious hosts. Couldn't possibly asked for more! :-)

My wife, Jean and I currently live in Burnaby, BC. We fell in love with Sunshine Coast on a 2020 trip to Roberts Creek, quickly bought our second home in Gibsons early 2021 and have been taking mini trips there for some much needed R & R. It's been rejuvenating being home away from home, especially during the pandemic and the short 40 minute ferry ride from Horseshoe Bay makes it really feel like a mini vacation. We are excited to share our beautiful quiet space with like-minded folks who are looking for a wonderful get away with family and friends in the beautiful Sunshine Coast!

Why they chose this property

Newly renovated house with a generous sized lot on a very quiet residential street. 3 bedrooms (each can sleep 2). Master bedroom has a King with ensuite. Bedroom 2 has 2 Twins (can be joined together to make a King) and Bedroom 3 is a cabinet bed which can be converted to a Queen (or left as a spare sitting room if bed not needed). A full kitchen to make you feel at home! Fridge, GAS range, dishwasher and small appliances (mini toaster/air fryer oven), coffee maker and microwave oven and generous size kitchen island. Many places to relax/socialize: kitchen island (with TV), living room, dining area and outside patio and spacious private backyard. Washer and dryer available.

What makes this property unique

House is situated near the border of upper and lower Gibsons so you get the best of both! 10 min drive to Ferry terminal. Driveway parking is available and there is plenty of free street parking for additional cars. Once you are settled in, you are walking distance to Sunnycrest Plaza (SuperValu, London Drugs, BC Liquor store and much more!), 3 min. drive to iconic Gibsons Landing and within a few minutes drives to several places (restaurants, pubs, breweries, Gibsons Public Market, Gibsons Marina, bakeries, cafes, coffee shops, stores, etc..). Few minutes drive to beaches (Secret Beach, Bonniebrook Beach, etc..) and hiking trails. If you want to venture out, you are a short drive to Roberts Creek and Sechelt!
Other things to note
Full kitchen available with modern appliances, pots, pans, plates, bowls, cups, glasses, cutlery, and cooking utensils. Recycling and composting is available.
There are two HDTVs with basic cable/Netflix access. Updated plumbing with on demand water system. Non-chlorinated tap water is from the Gibsons aquifer which has been rated as some of the best tap water in the world!
