Extremely Convenient - Need to address the pet fur
This location is great for accessing Keystone, Loveland, etc. ski mountains. It's perfect for a family of 4, and could be stretched to accommodate 5 or 6. Only issue at this property is the pet fur. It is advertised as pet friendly, but the fur was OUT OF CONTROL. I found clumps under the bunk beds the size of a football. You cannot sit on the couch without dog hair getting all over your clothes.The cleaning needs to be stepped between stays, especially if there is a pet involved.
We are frequent visitors to the summit county area and this condo was a great fit for our family. Communication with the property manager was great, very responsive and helpful.

Everything was great. We had one small hiccup with the door code upon arriving, but after a quick phone call the issue was resolved. Great location with skiing a short drive away and food options within walking distance. Would definitely stay again.
Stayed for a concert at Dillon Amphitheater, The place was nice and a 5-7 min walk from the Amphitheater! Nice to have my dog stay, and it was a very quite building. The pillows were a bit tough but everything else was lovely.
Horrible Experience. They do not do their job in maintaing the property. When we arrived, no smoke or carbon monoxide detectors were working. Their own representative told me their inspector did not do their job. It took over a dozen texts and calls and afterr almost 5 hours they finally brought us temporary smaoke and carbon monoxide detectors. Also, the elevator did not appear to be working correctly and was not in compliance with inspection. Nobody should be using it if it is out of inspection.After ruining our first day, PMI, Evolve or the owners refused to compansate us for their own negligence. Update: For this whole ordeal and complaining that their negligence ruined our first day of our trip, we were offered 86 by the management company. Great job! Will be suing in court.
Lovely condo and amazing location! Beds are super comfortable. The only thing we would recommend is getting some sharper knives and a fry pan for the kitchen. 🙂

The property is very well laid out. The deck has a great mountain view. The lack of central air is a detractor but the portable air unit made cooling certain area's easy. The lock battery was low and that made it very difficult to lock and unlock the first night and following morning. We were finally told it was the battery by the property management and we changed them ourselves. There should be instructions included in the itinerary to describe cause and effect and remedy for lock issues. Overall I would recommend the property.
Our stay was lovely! The home is very spacious and equipped with everything. We brought our dog and the area is perfect for walks, especially by the lake. We even went bowling downstairs. The garage is nice for parking. Perfect distance to all the slopes! We definitely will be back.
The condo was as advertised. Good location- convenient to all the activities we were doing. It was very clean, but is pet friendly so pet hair on the couch is inevitable. Identifying the garage access was a bit confusing because there are doors on both sides of the building. Be sure to enter on the Main Street side. Would recommend and would stay again.
The location and view were most important to us and this property checked those boxes. The space and layout were great for us. It wasn’t the cleanest but not necessarily dirty either…some areas had accumulated dust, shower liners need replaced, nothing that impacted our stay. As a sensitive sleeper I would prefer window coverings that would block out light.

Nice Pet Friendly Place in Dillon
Unit was just like the online pictures show. Unique layout with upstairs master suite and sitting area and main level BR2 with bunks. Kitchen is fully equipped and the living area has comfortable seating for 5. Beautiful view from the patio. The best feature, in my opinion, is that the unit has two assigned garage parking spots.
Nice property. Location was central to ski hills, restaurants, stores. Check-in was easy. Indoor parking with 2 spots was a plus. Only recommendation I would suggest, is to add a few more TV’s. There was only one in the main room. A TV in each of the bedrooms would be nice.
We enjoyed our stay in Dillon. The condo was nice and as advertised. Views are awesome. We are from Colorado, but have been in Texas the last 18 months. To say the weather was a nice change, would be putting it mildly. One downside, my husband had to buy vinegar to clean the coffee pot before he could use it. We would stay again.
Great location in Dillon, just across the street from the town center park. This was particularly convenient as we had a dog with us.
The unit was clean, which is not easy for a pet friendly place. The layout was great for a small family with ample room in the common area to gather.
Instructions to access the garage and the unit could be a little clearer. Kitchen utensils could use a refresh, but had everything we needed for a couple of meals.
All in all, would recommend and stay again.
