Welcome to JOY BnB, where comfort and nature come together to create an unforgettable stay. Our spacious two bedrooms are located in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood, surrounded by an acreage with fruit trees and a large vegetable garden. You'll have easy access to Mission Creek Park, Johnson Rd Park, and Children's Fishing Pond, all just a few steps away from our property.

Our professionally cleaned and sanitized suite is situated on the second floor and has its own separate entrance, offering over 1100 sq ft of space for you and your family to relax in. Unwind in our comfortable living room or use our designated workspace to get some work done.

Our full kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including a stove, oven, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, and dishwasher.
Our suite features two Queen beds with comfortable linens and extra blankets to keep you cozy. The washroom comes stocked with essential toiletries and a hairdryer. We offer free Wi-Fi and a washer and dryer combo for your convenience.

At JOY BnB, we follow the city of Kelowna's guidelines for parking, fire evacuation, and sanitation, ensuring your safety and comfort. Our property has ample parking space and self-check-in for a seamless arrival.

We're located just minutes away from downtown, wineries, golf courses, beaches, and bike trails, making it the perfect place for nature lovers and those who want to explore Kelowna's attractions. Girls’ trip

My outdoor impression of this property is adequate. It was very very hot and dry in Kelowna so there was not much greenery in this yard. It’s a very large piece of property that definitely requires some attention. My first impression upon entering this unit was that the kitchen is very small and there’s two flights of stairs to reach the rest of the living space. This unit was very clean even in spite of white carpet. Even though the kitchen is very tiny, the upper level was very spacious. The host met us outside upon arrival with her small daughter Joy, who was a joy to speak to. Jacqueline is a very sincere and lovely young lady. She was very accommodating and would bring us whatever we needed that was not in the unit. We did not spend a lot of time there but the time we did spend there was very relaxing.

Beautiful Area

Spacious two bedroom living space with a very friendly host! We enjoyed staying here and will come back again when we visit beautiful Kelowna! The host even messaged us right away when she found our daughters iPad we had accidentally left behind. Thank you for the hospitality.

It was peaceful and had a country feel but conveniently only a 10 minute drive from the restaurants and grocery stores. Jacqueline was a lovely hostess who was the right balance of responsive but without being intrusive
