Nice place but failed to mention toilet broken

We had an overall good stay at this property. Its in a good location with a nice pool. The slight issue we had was the upstairs toilet was inoperative. This was not mentioned when the owner showed us round and no attempt was made to rectify it while we were there. We would not have booked the property if we had known this. I contacted Vrbo about this issue when we returned and they were extremely unhelpful saying this was for us to sort with the host. We won't be using Vrbo again after this experience

Bel endroit

Jolie maison de caractère bien équipée, avec un vis à vis sur la piscine (voisin du dessus) et un propriétaire très sympathique (voisin du dessous) La piscine est top mais non chauffée et en 5mn à pied nous sommes au centre ville de montignac. Parfait pour visiter cette magnifique région. Nous reviendrons.

Pleasant stay but no wifi

The gîte was more or less as described but the main issue was no wifi at all which with 2 teenagers was a problem. The garden furniture shown in the website pictures was not there, only metal chairs which were too low for the glass top outdoor dining table. The games room pictured was also not as shown, no pool table and no air conditioning which is also mentioned in the description and would have been welcome considering it reached 41 degrees. Pool was lovely and well maintained. Access to the gîte could be an issue for anyone with a wide car. We parked mostly on the public road. Location is good, 5 minutes walk into the town but a steep hill to climb on the way back.
