Sanibel Surfsound Home - Heated pool and easy walk to the beach

Welcome to Sanibel Surfsound on beautiful Sanibel Island, Florida. Our three bedroom/three and one half bathroom vacation home has been recently updated including paint and more to give the property a nice refreshing and beachy look. Our location is the best aspect as we're located on the quiet West End of the Island and a very short five minute walk to the deeded beach access at Rabbit Road and West Gulf Drive. The bike path is across from our home which connects you to the over 20 miles of bike paths throughout the Island We include bikes, beach toys, children's toys and so much more. Also, one of the more unique aspects about the location is that you can take the bike path to the north and just a 5 minute (0.8 mile) bike ride away is 400 Rabbits Mexican Restaurant. Our home features three bedrooms with two king rooms and a guest bedroom with two twin beds as well as a bonus room with a queen bed. There's a pull out queen sized sleeper sofa should have additional guests. All main level bedrooms are en-suite making it great for an additional couple as well. There's great outdoor space with ample seating and all covered by our large screened in area over the pool. The pool is a great size and heated for your enjoyment during the winter months. We'll look forward to welcoming you to our Island oasis for a month or longer stay very soon.
