communication between Killington rental assoc was easy and quick - good thing, since our key code did not work. location was OK - very icy stairs, however, so be careful. carpeting clean, but the faint moldy smell gives away its age. furniture was very old, every piece wiggles when you sit on it. we used our coolers when putting on our boots since the seating did not seen stable enough. plenty of glasses and utensils in kitchen. new furniture all around is needed to warrant price paid.

Christmas week get away

Overall pleasant stay. The unit was great for our family. There were enough beds for all six of us which includes our four young adult sons. The living room / dining room were comfortable for us to gather in the evenings after a day on the slopes. Pico resort complex is close enough to yet far enough away from the Killington Mountain strip and activities - great balance for us. My only slight disappointment was the lack of follow up from the management company or owner to our report that the television in the main bedroom did not work. After maintenance unsuccessfully attempted to address the issue no further action or follow up was offered. My other recommendation when staying here and if you plan to cook would be to pack all cooking condiments (from salt and pepper, etc.) as there are none in the unit which has not been my experience with other VRBO rentals. As mentioned these are minor and would not affect my decision to return in the future.

Location

Check in was super easy. Great slope side rental. Convenient, quiet, functional layout and comfortable beds! We had planned to take the shuttle to Killington but stayed at Pico instead…. Pico is a great mountain and kids had a blast in the park. One thing to note, we were not able to book the pool because they were limiting numbers due to covid. I would recommend calling and reserving slots before you arrive. We would come back again for sure.
