This Direct Gulf Front, first floor, vacation house located on Bradenton Beach offers the perfect location on Anna Maria Island to enjoy a relaxing tropical setting. The views of the Gulf of Mexico from the kitchen, dining and living room are truly breathtaking. Sliding glass doors from the living room lead to the private porch where you can watch sailboats drift by and dolphins frolicking in the sparkling turquoise waters of the Gulf. And, in the evening you can relax watching one of the many spectacular sunsets as you experience paradise.

Love this!

Step out your door to the beach ocean , the view is beautiful , so many shells 🐚 on the beach, sand dollars, really enjoyed our stay.

Lovely long weekend

Perfect long weekend stay. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. The condo was very clean and had nice cleaning kits provided. It is a bit older and not well updated but that didn't matter for us, we spent the days at the beach and the nights walking around town. There is no TV in the bedroom, there is an old entertainment center in there that I would recommend removing if another tv will not be purchased. We did miss relaxing to tv in bed, but it was not a deal breaker. We would love a return visit.

Nice view but terrible maintenance

Air conditioning did not work until it was fixed the last of our 5 days. Filter was black with mold, replaced with AC repair. Yard is littered with roof shingles blowing off the roof and rear deck needs work. Most of deck hardware such as joist hangars and storm straps have completed rusted off. Location and view is great but building needs serious maintenance.
