"Dream boat" Beach Front Island Rental With Amazing Views

1950's Charming renovated direct beach front home. Beautifully renovated vacation rental home within walking distance to Bridge Street. This unit is called "Dream Boat". Dream Boat is the top left unit of four units with a balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Rent this unit or rent them all.
This unit offers a full kitchen, a full bath 1 bedroom and a pull out sofa that sleeps 2 and an additional sofa that sleeps one. Beach towels are provided. There is limited assigned on-site parking , one small car will fit on-site. Additional parking off site is available withing walking distance if needed for multiple or large cars. Please ask in advance and we will be happy to accommodate you.
Perfect for a vacationing family get away. Take a short walk down the street and get an ice cream, play putt-putt golf, go to the Post Office or visit all the gift shops. Take the monkey bus to Gulf Drive Cafe and have a Pina Colada at the Island only Tiki bar. Leave your cares at home ; bring your fishing poles and bathing suits and enjoy your visit to the Island!

Very convenient. The beach access was literally right next to/ behind the building. There was even a back beach yard with lounge chairs to lay and enjoy the sun. The unit was very comfortable for me and my fiance with one bath. There were two pullout sofas in addition to the queen bed, so six could sleep and share the one bath. The kitchen had everything we needed.

We were in town for a wedding. The view of the beach was the best around. You stepped right outside on to white sand. The sunsets were gorgeous with unobstructed views! Historic bridge street was across the street and we just walked over there in the evenings. Something for everyone to do there. Shops. Games. Ice cream. Restaurants, music, so much! The location was great! The beach box across the street had all the amenities you’d need! You can rent chairs and umbrellas there as well. They’re very accommodating also. The space was perfect for two ppl. We would book again.

What a fantastic cutely decorated boathouse themed rental! The location is hands down the BEST- walking distance to everything you need. Beach views, towels chairs and patio were enjoyable. Kitchen has everything we needed to get some fresh seafood and eat at home. Bed/pillows was the most comfy j have stayed in for a rental. Definitely worth the stay!

Small Honeymoon Getaway

My HUSBAND (I can say that now) and I stayed here for a small Honeymoon getaway. Very clean, tons of “little things” (that went a long way) provided such as, beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas etc. Wendy was excellent to communicate with and we will certainly be back! The Bootz Family 💕
