Roam our 5 acres of grounds with large gardens, pool, hammocks, and recreation court to keep everyone entertained for hours! Pet Friendly! Area is fully fenced in with each house having its own fencing.

For the adventurous lots to Explore the local area, visiting Ferris Park Suspension Bridge, Sample craft beer/Cider at Fororig Brewery (2 mins Away!) or Kings Mill Cidery and see local farms like The Ontario Water Buffalo Co. where you can see and pet live Water buffalo, and try the most delicious gelato ice-cream.

1) The 1800's Historic Limestone house: This tastefully decorated Stonehouse built in 1867 is complete with a full kitchen, dining room, parlour room, large front porch, three bathrooms, four bedrooms. The layout is spacious and comfortable.

2) Or head over to the 1970's Chalet This cool mid century modern five bedroom chalet is super hip. High ceilings, modern light fixtures and sun filled living room dining room is spacious with a great retro feeling. Full kitchen, full bathroom five bedrooms and playroom with mudroom

3) Stop by the Cottage: A super cute three bedroom, two bathroom, living room, dining room and full kitchen it’s close to the pool. Each bedroom has its own door leading to the outside.

Beautiful property, and we had everything we needed. Houses could be a little cleaner. And we didn't realize when we booked that there would be a host living in a connected room.

Family Friendly

Great space for large groups. We had our family reunion there and had room for everyone. There was lots for people to do and the host was easy to deal with. The cleanliness and general upkeep of the houses was very disappointing. There were dead flies on the floors and in the windows, cobwebs everywhere, mouse droppings in several areas, laundry (not sure if it was dirty or clean) piled in the corner of some of the rooms, at least 1 loose faucet, and some electrical outlets were missing covers. We had an 11 month old baby crawling around so this was very concerning. Some of the furniture was questionable and many of the window coverings were tacked into place. This place could be spectacular with TLC.

Great location

We had family reunion and the property was very accomadating in terms of bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen stuff, etc. Lovely gardens, swiming pool and many activites for kids and adults.
