We purchased our dream home in Scottsdale. We live in Alberta, Canada, where it is often both snowy and cold. The retreat to the desert has been wonderful.

We are conveniently located to experience both the busyness of shopping and sports activities or the quietness of a private pool and half-acre property. Located within 10-15 minutes of numerous outstanding golf courses, fantastic restaurants, and all the fun activities Scottsdale has to offer.

What makes this property unique

The desert never fails in offering sunshine and warm weather :) Our tranquil backyard has been an oasis of serenity. In North Scottsdale we have seen javelinas, bobcats, coyotes, bunnies, chipmunks, and a variety of beautiful birds.
