Enjoy views of Margaret Pace Park and Biscayne Bay that will leave you in awe. With South Miami Beach 3 miles away you can indulge in the sun of Miami Beach while still feeling the energy of downtown Miami, giving you the ultimate Miami experience during your stay.

Please Note: Lobby Renovations in Progress

The building lobby is currently undergoing renovations. While the work is ongoing, full access to the building remains available—though navigation may be slightly confusing at times. All businesses in the lobby are open as usual.

To assist you, clear signage will be posted to help guide you in and out with ease. Rest assured, no noise from the renovations can be heard from inside the condos, and your stay will not be interrupted in any way.

Residential Swimming Pool is temporarily closed for necessary repairs and renovations. During pool closure period:

***The Jacuzzi, along with the remaining Pool Deck and Solarium, will be open and accessible during normal operating hours for your continued enjoyment.

***We are pleased to announce that, through our special arrangements, a limited number of residents and guests will have the opportunity to enjoy the Pool at the Marriott Hotel. We have secured a limited number of passes per day and will be offered on a first come first serve basis.

***Pool passes for the Marriott Pool will be available at the DoubleTree Front Desk, recently relocated to the RG Level in the Key Largo Meeting Room.

***Please note that the Marriott Pool passes are not personal and must be returned to the DoubleTree Front Desk after each use so they can be reissued to other residents and guests. This helps ensure fair and continued access for everyone.

***The number of available passes will be monitored and adjusted based on demand.

Located on the 10th floor and facing North, Dance with Me! is a jr. size 2 bedroom, 2 full bathroom retreat that offers Biscayne Bay and Margaret Pace Park views. With over 1200 sq. feet of living space, it’s the perfect getaway. Dance with Me! accommodates a maximum of 4 guests plus children (15 years of age or younger).

As you step into the condo, you'll first come across the laundry area, followed by a compact yet full second bathroom and the cozy Jr. size bedroom. Moving further in, you'll find the kitchen, though small in size, it is equipped with all the essentials you need for your culinary endeavors. The kitchen leads you into the inviting dining and living area, where you can gather and create lasting memories. Finally, stepping out onto the balcony, you can enjoy the refreshing breeze coming from the nearby bay, adding an extra touch of relaxation to your stay.

The balcony, offering park and water views, is accessible not only from the living area but also from the master bedroom. After a long day of exploring, you can retreat to the comfort of the king bed in the master bedroom where you can relax while watching a movie and recharge for the adventures that await you. Additionally, there is a private office area in the master bedroom, providing a dedicated space for catching up on any work if needed. The master bedroom is spacious with ample room for your comfort and relaxation. Pamper yourself in the beautifully designed master bathroom, complete with a vanity area for your convenience.

The JR interior bedroom in the condo is designed to provide you with everything you need for a comfortable stay. While it is an interior bedroom without windows, it offers a peaceful environment that allows for uninterrupted sleep until dawn. The room features a cozy queen bed where you can rest and recharge. Additionally, there is a Roku streaming TV providing access to streaming services like Netflix and Sling TV, so you can enjoy your favorite TV shows and movies.

This Jr. size 2-bedroom condo offers a budget-friendly option, perfect for up to 2 adults and 2 children. One of the highlights of this condo is its prime location on the 10th floor. You'll find easy access to the pool just a short walk down the hall from your unit.
