Make your way through the front door and into our freshly designed vacation home. Step up onto the front porch and into the home via the keyless electronic lock and be greeted with vastly high ceilings and generously sized rooms that have been designed and styled with your comfort in mind.

The living area is filled with a generous plush sectional sofa surrounding the large wall-mounted TV with access to all your favorite streaming apps - the perfect cozy place for a movie night. *New carpet installed 8/23!
KITCHEN & DINING
Cook up breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the fully equipped eat-in kitchen with all the gadgets, trays, dishes, and utensils you would expect to find in a family home. There is a full-size fridge/freezer, a freestanding oven and electric cooktop, a microwave, a coffee maker, and a dishwasher to take care of all the cleaning up.

5 spacious bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms within the home can all be found on the second floor. Each bed is topped with soft, premium linen and bedding, and you'll find plenty of storage for you to unpack and make yourself at home.
Bedrooms two through four are filled with luxuriously large king beds with one offering a crib perfect for young families. Bedroom five features a stylish exposed brick wall and an elegant trundle with two twin beds along with access to the second-floor balcony that overlooks the street below.
And finally, bedroom six which sleeps up to four guests and an infant with a large king bed, two twin beds and a Pack n’ Play cot.

A full-size washer and Dryer conveniently located on the first floor, comes complete with detergent and dryer sheets for making vacation laundry a breeze.

The Neighborhood:
This historic Fox Park neighborhood provides guests with the ambience of Victorian living and the convenience of being ten minutes from everywhere including Downtown, the historic Soulard District, Forest Park, The Hill, Tower Grove Park, the Missouri Botanical Garden, and the South Grand business district.
Close by you will find the beautiful Missouri Botanical Gardens, restaurants and shops with miles of tree lined paths, playgrounds, fountains and points of interest, including the top-rated and free Zoo and Art Museum.
Foods from around the world are served at nearby restaurants on Grand Ave with no shortage of Italian restaurants on “The Hill” nearby.
Access to major freeways is convenient to take in a Cardinals game at Busch Stadium then visit the arch and riverfront, stop by beautiful Soulard, or tour the Anheuser-Busch brewery for some free samples!
Getting Around:
The best way to get around is by car with most highways conveniently nearby. You can also use the Metrolink light rail system to get to many major attractions. Metro's efficient light rail system offers stops throughout the city.
St. Louis also has both UBER and Lyft available. You'll also see lots of Lime and Bird electric scooters throughout the city, so you can zoom wherever you'd like!

This home is equipped with NoiseAware monitoring devices that alert us if noise levels increase over reasonable levels. This allows us to reach out and request that levels are reduced to reasonable levels. To protect your privacy, the monitors do not record audio.

SafelyStay, Inc., verifies the identity of guests, and checks criminal databases in order to confirm reservations.
TRUST & SAFETY
The SafelyStay, Inc. Trust and Safety Fee includes up to $10,000 of accidental coverage for contents damage and up to $100,000 coverage for accidental property damage and bodily injury.
The Trust & Safety Fee allows the security deposit to be waived, while protecting you, your group, and the property should an accident happen. The $88 fee is collected at the time of payment and may be labeled as “Trust & Safety Fee” or “Management Fee”.

EXTRA GUEST FEE
For groups of more than 9 guests, please note the extra guest fee of $15/person/night starting with the 10th guest. This fee is automatically applied based on your guest count.

The entire ABODEbucks team has completed "Health, Cleaning, Disinfecting and Personal Protective Equipment for Workers who Clean Vacation Rental Homes" certification and have been trained on today's best practices to keep guests safe and healthy by following strict and elevated cleaning guidelines. HOUSE RULES
This home has been carefully designed and outfitted for the comfort of vacationers and business travelers. Please do not inquire if the following items don't work with your plans.
- Primary renter must be 25+ years old
- Pets are not permitted on the property
- No smoking inside the home
- No additional guests - If more guests are expected, please add them to the reservation
- No Parties - If the guests exceed the number stated in your reservation, it will be considered a party
- No loud motorized vehicles are permitted on the premises.
- Quiet time is 10pm - 9am (including weekends). The neighbors are proud of their quiet, peaceful neighborhood and we ask our guests to be respectful. Please keep voices and music down during quiet hours.
- Outdoor areas off-limits after 10pm
- Nothing can be taped, pinned, or attached to walls, ceilings or hung from the lighting fixtures. Absolutely no glitter or confetti.
