Family Vacation

House was in a great neighborhood. House was clean and great. Getting was a small pain because the door code was not set to what we were told it would be. Then the hot tub wasn’t working and we weren’t told about it until we got there and I contacted the property manager. Over stay was great and the whole family loved it.

Family getaway.

This is one of the coolest decorated VRBO rentals we’ve ever had. It’s in a quiet neighborhood with a lot of wildlife (mostly white tail deer), it was a real surprise for us to see that in a large city. The property manager was quick to respond to our request. And the large back yard and pool was great for the grandkids. And the picnic table was a great place for many a card game for us adults.

We loved the home it was our first home that was themed and I feel in love with the open floor plan. My babies loved the pool we took a swim everyday. We all was very pleased. Thank you

No response to calls or emails

Friday, I have left voice messages, emails and message the company on VRBO. I had quite a few issues with my rental property this weekend. The ac was out and I was not told of the issue until I got to the house and the door was wide open by the Ac workers. Check in was at 3 but the Ac was not fixed until after 6pm. Two bed were soaked from water damage that came from the roof. I emailed pictures of all the damage. With no response. The floors in two rooms with the soaked the hole time we were there. The door Code provided did not work. The ac worker said the company had a hard time getting him in as well. But since I couldn’t get ahold of anyone all weekend we had to leave the back door unlocked while we were out. Which was nerve wracking. The tablet that stated welcome please sign in would not work and I could not find anything for sign out instruction. The pool was dirty and still had the vaccum floating in the pool. There was also popsicle wrappers, water toys and beer caps found in the back yard. Also the freezer didn’t make ice until we were leaving sunday morning. I finally got an email response almost 9pm Sunday night. And all was said was “sorry for the inconvenience. They will let maintenance and HK know.”I asked for call back. Half a business day later, no response. I dnt like to leave bad review.unacceptable for a rental business not to communicate with their customers. Or at the very least reimburse me for half the rooms that weren’t able to be used.

Felt like a party

Big spacious house, room for all of us. No need to bring beach towels or tubes for the pool. Kids loved the size of the pool. Hot tub wasnt working but it was 2 hot to get into it anyways.
