This place can sleep 14 people plus one baby(crib on sight). Work trip

The house is nice and with plenty of space. The posting amenities says there is a hot tub but I didn’t see one. But other than that it is a nice house. I would definitely stay here again when I’m in town.

Large Home with Good Potential

This house has plenty of space and room to spread out. It does feel like it is a new VRBO rental and needs some tweaking to get it to where it should be. We had to reach out to the owner/manager(?) to find out how to access the property the morning of our arrival since we were given no instructions before arrival. We had to run to the store and purchase hand soap, wash cloths, toilet paper, and paper towels after we arrived. There were no hand towels anywhere also. We only saw two mounted smoke detectors and they were both dangling from the ceiling by their wires. The bathrooms and hard floor areas were very clean, the carpeted areas needed a good vacuuming upon arrival. The house had an overwhelming plug-in perfume smell when we arrived, but once the air freshener was unplugged and the house was aired out it smelled fine in there, so no need to use a potent air freshener in the first place. Communication was good with the gentleman who answered our messages through the app with questions we had about check in and supplies. After we left we did receive a message accusing us of taking some decorative pillow shams, however we definitely did not take anything at all when we left. Just a few small things would make a huge difference in the comfort of the home.

Always happy to have feedback. I think the person is being a little unfair however. Yes, this is a brand new VRBO with all brand new everything. House is almost 2500 s.f. and its kept immaculate. There are no smoke detectors hanging by wires nor has ever been. Upon check in texted there were no towels and no wash cloths. Neither of these were true. I immediately reached out as my wife and I just left prior to their arrival after vacuuming all carpet, cleaning all house, installing new sheets and new towels in all bedrooms on all beds. Pillow shams were missing but we didn't charge customer. A shame that you can not completely satisfy everyone but we try
