The Beach Club A-1901 is a four-bedroom, four-bath condo with an unbelievable east corner, Gulf-front view from every room on the 19th floor of Avalon Tower.

• Access to the balcony is from three of the four bedrooms.

• There is ceramic tile flooring throughout the unit.

• The fully equipped kitchen has beautiful granite countertops with stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, and a dining room table that seats six with four additional bar stools.

• The washer and dryer are inside the unit

• The living area has a wall-mounted flat-screen TV

• The primary bedroom has a king-size bed and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. The primary bathroom has jetted tub.

• The second bedroom has a king-size bed with a wall-mounted flat-screen TV

• The third bedroom has a king-size bed with a wall-mounted flat-screen TV

• The fourth bedroom has two queen-size beds with a wall-mounted flat-screen TV

• The unit can sleep up to 14, using two full-size air mattresses provided. Guests must bring their own sheets to use the full-size air mattresses.

• Wireless internet access is provided

• Clubhouse fee amenities include Beach-front Community Pool (Including a bar/grill plus entertainment for the kids in the summer season), Complimentary Morning Coffee, Fitness Center, Indoor Pool, Onsite Arcade, Sauna, Snack Bar, Spa (additional per service fees will apply), Steam Room, Tennis Courts, Towel Service. Without purchasing clubhouse use, guests still have access to the four outdoor tower pools, tennis courts, and food trucks.

• No waiting in long lines for check-in or check-out with keyless entry!

• Parking passes are $42.00/each, plus tax. Visitor passes can be issued for $7.00/ each per day for non-renting guests to use the spa, and visit the shops and restaurants. Two parking passes are automatically applied to reservations. If you will have a different number of vehicles, notify the office so that the correct number of parking passes can be applied to the reservation. Registration information will be needed for each vehicle before it will be allowed on the property.

Guests will receive one complimentary admission per activity, per day. You may go to every activity, every day and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are non-cumulative and non-transferable. Unused admissions expire daily.

So yes, you may choose to go fishing in the morning (one person is free) and then golf at lunch (one person is free) and then the zoo that afternoon (one person is free.) Or you may choose to go to the zoo in the morning with the kids (one person is free) and your husband can go play golf (one person is free) and then meet that afternoon to go on the dolphin cruise (one person is free.) You may do some or all of the activities every day and one of your party is free every day.

These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation.

The floors were very dirty. Our feet were black if barefoot. The lighting is horrible and some of the few lamps had no lightbulbs. The smoke alarm went off for no apparent reason 4 times. Decor was not very attractive - looks much better in the photos. However it was huge and plenty of space. Beds were very comfortable.

Great Spring Break for Multi Family vacation

We had 2 families of 4 stay in the unit. Worked great for sleeping arrangements we needed, and enough bathrooms for everyone! Comfy beds, plenty of linens and pillows. Would have been better to have more bath towels. The unit is well stocked with pans, utensils, silverware, and dishes. Plenty of pantry and cupboard space. Closet contained tons of beach chairs and umbrella that we didn’t use since we had brought our own, but would be perfect for use if you didn’t bring! No beach towels included, so you’ll need to bring your own. Beautiful sunrise view from this balcony! plenty of chairs and tables on the balcony. Since this is a corner unit there is a short walk from the elevator to the room. Elevators are fast and there was rarely a wait to use, but it was a very windy walk everyday. You will need dishwasher/laundry detergent, garbage bags, but I believe this is also in the description, so it wasn’t unexpected. There is a broom and a vacuum in the room and you will need it due to so much sand! Not a lot of rugs in the room so sand spreads quickly. There was single stay hotel soap in each bathroom, but not enough toilet paper to last each bathroom a week. The location was off the beaten path for us compared to previous stays in Gulf Shores. The restaurant onsite was just ok, nothing special and didn’t have great service for the cost of the menu, IMO. The pools are clean/nice but too cold to use this time of year. The hot tub is small and usually full, but nice.
