A luxury 3 bedroom townhome located in the upscale gated resort of The Fountains at Champions Gate. The premium accommodation is spread across two floors and overlooks conservation area. A short walk down the street is the resort clubhouse and first-rate amenities.

The spacious downstairs living area is open plan and includes an elegant living room, bright dining area and high-end kitchen. You will have everything you need to cater for your family, plenty of cooking space plus stainless steel appliances. Across the stone countertops, there is a breakfast bar for quick bites. Or enjoy a family meal at the dining table, overlooking the outdoor courtyard enjoying the Florida sunshine. The living room has two sofas, perfect for relaxing and watching the large screen TV. There is a half-bath also downstairs.

The master suite has a kingsize bed, large wardrobe, and ensuite with double sinks and bathtub. There is a sophisticated queen room, and a further twin room, which share a bathroom. All bedrooms have TVs.

The Fountains at Champions Gate resort is a small peaceful gated community, although features large premium amenities. Enjoy the walk-in swimming pool, jet spa, and fitness center. Disney is only 12 miles away and Universal 25 miles. There is a Publix supermarket 2 minutes drive and a wide range of shops and restaurant options nearby.

Wouldn’t stay here again.

Carpets were dirty, vent upstairs was rusty, end tables in master bedroom were covered with placemats to cover damage, there was a continuous smell in bathroom upstairs, mattresses were squeaky and sheets did not fit beds, coffee maker needs to be replaced, no bath mats in bathrooms until I asked. I could go on but why bother. No a place I would stay again.

Good price & location, accommodations need updating

The location and the price can't be beat. Mattresses are in desperate need of replacement. All of the beds are squeaky and the master bedroom mattress was especially bad. Like most communal townhome/apartment complexes the areas surrounding the dumpster are always an inconsiderate mess. People leave trash all over the place. Obviously this is not the fault of the homeowner. There was visible black mold on the exterior of the building (who knows what was going on inside that we couldn't see) and the backyard contained trash and debris. Upstairs smells like mildew and the carpet in very poor shape throughout the house. Front door looks like it had been kicked in at one point and then shoddily repaired. Every door in the house squeaks like it hasn't been oiled in 15 years. No basic kitchen nice to haves (such as dry spices). Surely other guests have purchased and left behind such items but they get tossed out by housekeeping (I'm sure it's a liability thing but it makes for a bad guest experience). The neighbors sit out front and smoke cigarettes 24/7, not the fault of the homeowner, but it's worthy of consideration. I even had to buy a reusable coffee filter for the coffee pot because there wasn't one available. It just demonstrates a lack of care for guest experience. It wasn't terrible but we would look for an alternative if visiting the area again. I would have happily paid a bit more per day to not feel like guest experience is an afterthought.

Location is very good. Pool area was good for kids. Other than that poor experience and the photos don’t reflect the condition of the property. It appears there have been no upgrades or improvements from original construction. Carpet is extremely worn and dirty with holes in multiple areas. The front door has a gap in it that you can see sunlight directly through. When the keypad lock was installed the door frame was repaired only with spackling so the security of the entry door is compromised and safety is a concern. The master bedroom bed is falling apart with the headboard detached from the bed frame. Similar in twin room. All TVs are small and antiquated. The kitchen has next to nothing for cookware and utensils. No spatula to flip pancakes or my fried egg. Living room furniture and patio furniture all worn and need replacing. No cold water in the kitchen. We left a day early because of the condition and functionality of this rental.
