Beautifully renovated, Five bedroom, Three bathroom, year round waterfront property on little Wadsworth lake. Sitting on 7 acres of forest, with lots of trees, trails, wild life, privacy and serenity. Plenty of outdoor seating, to enjoy the firepit, large deck or grab a meal in the gazebo.

Large living room with smart TV, Netflix and lots of board games to keep everyone entertained on rainy days. Large fully stocked, open concept kitchen and dining room.

South Western exposure, sunny all day with gorgeous sunsets and beautiful star gazing.

The property is located on a quiet, municipally maintained and plowed road. With easy access year around.

We are on Septic, please do not flush toilet paper or personal hygiene products, and do not leave the taps open if not in use. We ask that you are respectful of the neighbours, and that No loud music is played outdoors past 10:00pm.
