Spacious and comfortable condo

The condo was very clean, spacious and comfortable. It is very tastefully decorated with lots of bears! The setting in the pines is very pretty. The outside patio area is large. The check in and out instructions were very clear.

Excellent Stay

Spent 6 days in Pinetop and was extremely happy with the townhome. The hosts were exceptional and responded immediately to a couple of questions. The hosts thought of everything and anything that could make our stay comfortable. Location couldn’t have been better. 10*

The 3 bears live here

This high end home was very clean and beautifully decorated with an "everything bear" theme. It was also very well appointed for anything a visitor would want or need to be very comfortable. The country club is just a few steps away and offers a nice restaurant and bar in addition to a beautiful golf course facility. You do not need to be member to enjoy the restaurant which has great views.

The Bear Room

Firewood was stacked against the entry and the decor was welcoming and warm. The split floor plan was perfect for my partner, my borrowed kids, and me. There was plenty of coffee for the mornings and the check in and check out instructions were easy to follow. I highly recommend a stay here if you are ever in Pinetop/Lakeside, AZ.

No ac would’ve been ok but the screen doors did not have locks so I didn’t want to leave the sliders open😫

Hi Rose, the homeowners were surprised to read your review, as they are accustomed to providing 5-star experiences, and would like to clarify the following:-The listing clearly states that there is no A/C, which is common in this area due to the typically mild summer temperatures. Fans are provided in the unit for guest use.-While the screen doors don't have locks, we do provide adjustable security bars for the glass sliders so guests can keep the doors open a few inches to let in fresh air. However, it's important to note that screen latches aren't designed for security, as they can be easily pushed out.We truly go above and beyond for our guests and are confident that future guests will have excellent stays! Thanks for taking the time to leave your review.
