Imagine staying in your own vacation house but getting to enjoy for free the top notch amenities of a gated vacation resort. This is what you get when you book this recently upgraded townhouse. It is located only 1.5 miles to Disney. You can walk to WalMart or to the beautiful clubhouse! You can even walk to the bus station (on the 192) and go to Disney or the outlet malls without renting a car. Oakwater Resort is a really well-maintained and safe resort that features a lagoon-style pool (heated in the winter months), children’s play area, tennis courts, volleyball courts and a fitness center. All of this comes complimentary when you book our home. The kitchen is a fully equipped kitchen (granite countertops, stove, fridge, coffee maker, dishwasher, pots and pans...). You have plenty of seating for 6 guests at the dining table and at the counter (kitchen). You will really enjoy the master (ensuite) with queen size bed. You can also access the screened lanai through your own private sliding glass door and enjoy your morning coffee while looking at the lake. The second bedroom offers a queen bed that will sleep 2 and the third has two twin beds. Both bedrooms share a bathroom. All bedrooms have their own TV (there is also a TV in the main lounge). This great home also has a sofa sleeper in the living room which makes your stay even more comfortable (max guests: 6). You will also find a washer and dryer for your convenience. For added safety for little ones, two removable safety gates are available in the home to restrict access to the front and back stairs. After a day at the parks, you will definitely enjoy the peace and quiet of the screened and covered Lanai which overlooks a soothing pond where you will be able to watch birds native to the area come to the water to feed and drink. Wonderful time out

we had a wonderful time at the Oakwater Resort. The resort is a beautiful quiet area. The resort is centrally located, you have many opportunities to do something. We will come back.

After our trip, my credit card was charged for damage to Blanket (2) - Stained- Bath Towels (3) - StainedThe photos sent to me are clearly marked with a date/time stamp from March 5, and our stay was in April 24-May 3. These charges need to be reversed. This is a fraudulent charge and proper authorities will be contacted.

To clarify, the documentation and photos provided to you were accurate and properly time-stamped. If there was any confusion regarding the date, it may have been due to the file metadata or an internal system setting, but the evidence clearly supports the condition of the items upon your departure. We do not issue charges without proper verification, and we stand by our process, which has been in place for years to ensure fairness to both our guests and property owners. For over 7 years, we have maintained a strong reputation for quality service, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction. This review does not reflect the experience we consistently provide. The home is professionally maintained, regularly inspected, and remains in excellent condition. We are always open to dialogue and resolving matters respectfully, but unfounded claims and threats of fraud do not align with the facts or our standards.
