Completely remodeled condo with spectacular views of the Marco River and Jolley Bridge. Condo has an open kitchen concept, granite counter tops with tile backsplash and stainless steel appliances. Bedroom has a king bed and the bathroom is also competely redone with custom cabinets, tile work and walk in shower. The living room has love seat and pull out sofa, flat screen TV and WIFI. There are common area laundry facilities in the building.
This amenity rich property features a marina, 2 pools, 2 hot tubs, and multiple gas grill areas as well as shuffleboard, tennis and clubhouse. There is a $30 parking fee required by the condo association.

Visiting in early September 2022

The property was very nice, was very clean and neat. Pool was wonderful, considering the heat was dreadful. Spent a lot of time in that pool. Beautiful views of the water ways, breathtaking sunrises. A helpful hint would be to tell the visitors that the hot watr needs to be turned on. We had a wonderful time and would do it again. Hopefully when it is not as hot. Thank you for a great time!

Condo was beautifully redone but sofa and li e seat was horribly uncomfortable

Property was very nice, our family owns a condo there and we come down every year. This condo was redo e and extremely nice but sofa and love seat was extremely uncomfortable and unable to use it. Eas cheaply made and springs were creaking and cracking. Although the furniture was new it was definately cheap horrible uncomfortable to the point where it hurts to sit in it. The rest was good.
