This property was beyond disappointing and the management was even worse. Do not stay here… The building throughout the hallway to get to the unit smells like old musty, dark & dank building that is very unkept. There is a balcony, as advertised, however a large trash dumpster- which is not seen in the advertisement as they strategically took pictures to avoid seeing the dumpster—was just feet away and surrounded by large, black squawking crows. In addition to that super fun fact, the WIFI was severely unstable. It would connect for a few mins and then drop. My family of 3 tried all throughout the night with zero success on 5 different devices… often resulting in a spinning wheel & no connection. I work remotely and had a lot to catch up on. When i called the manager around 8:30pm, she said she would ask the owner. We left for firework show, returning around 10:15pm with no result. I called her again the next morning around 6:30am and she said she would look into it. I told her i could reboot the router if she told me where it was located. She called back stating the owner does not own the wifi router and she would reach out to the building owner. Around 9:15am she calked snd said she was still waiting to hear back. I told her i was behind on work and could not wait any longer. We booked a room down the road and hauled our luggage back down the stairs to the underground parking (no elevator) so we could get the online to get caught up on my work. Zero return or apolog

Clean Condo & Easy Walk to Lifts
This condo was quite cozy, clean, and inviting. I stayed here with my two daughters (ages 10 and 8) and there was plenty of space for us to relax and hang out. The main living area is really comfy and has a nice new carpet to sprawl out and play board games on. The best part was the easy walk out to Canyon Lodge.

Nice location, but a standard condo rental
The location of this condo is quite nice, since you can immediately walk to the Canyon area ski lifts. I'm a bit unsure if I would say here in the summer, since you cannot store your bike in the rental. After staying in a few mountain area condos, you learn that the people who own these rarely put much effort into them. That is definitely the case here. The coffee table fell completely apart with just the softest push. The dishwasher doesn't have an anti-tip bracket installed -- definitely a concern for people with small kids. I'd implore the owner of the condo to put a bit more time into maintaining the property, rather than just paying someone $150 to flip it between guests.

Awesome hot tubs plus walk to lifts
Two outdoor hot tubs plus walk-to-lifts made this ski trip perfect. The fancy restaurant/bar across the street was expensive, but convenient and delicious!
