Love this place, not too small, not too big, just right. It is perfect for just us. We like the condo idea because we fix our own breakfast, then head out to the beach for a day of sun. It's nice to have a private pool as well.
Love the location and the beautiful view. Loved the experience of staying in a lower density building in peak summer. Whereas our beach area was comfortable with the perfect number of people and plenty of room, the larger buildings down the beach were so full, I can imagine it being relaxing. The only critique I have is that the master bed was a bit firm for our liking. Great stay, overall. Had so much fun with the family. Pool was also great.
My wife and three kids loved this rental. Beautiful views and steps to the beach. The condo was very clean and well stocked. The pool and hot tub was great after the beach. Management was very easy to work with and the building is very well managed. Covered dedicated parking space made getting in an out a breeze. For the money I believe this is great value for a family getaway. We will be back!
The condo was very nice, very clean and exceeded expectations. Our view was spectacular!
My only suggestion would be to mark the entrance more clearly. Since construction was going on, (which we were told about), we had a little trouble finding where to enter the condominium.
Overall, a positive experience!
The property was wonderful. We loved the location! The only MAJOR issue was that the elevator went down the first day we were there. We had to climb the stairs the entire week we were there. The last day it was fixed so we took the elevator to load our car. We got stuck in the elevator (that broke again) and had to be rescued by the fire department. The management company was great but their seems to be a disconnect with the HOA and having repairs made timely and accurately.
Nice place right on the beach, clean I had one major complaint. There had been a glass broken and we didn't see the pieces of glass till later was on stove and in the floor. My Granddaughter was walking around bare foot so if she had stepped on a piece would really have cut her foot they were big pieces of glass. Cleaning crew really need to make sure that if something is broken it needs to be all gotten up. WE did like the condo and its small not a lot of people on the beach from our condo's, kids liked that. All in all it was good. Easy ck in and out, wi fi worked no other issues.
The place itself was gorgeous. Very clean and made us feel right at home(but with a much better view). Had everything we needed for our stay. There was plenty of room for my family of 4. The view of the gulf was beautiful. There were a lot of attractions close by as well.
Our biggest complaint was the elevator only worked about 20% of the time. It would constantly get stuck on one of the floors. There were a few times where we really needed it and it didnt work. One of the times we had to carry all of our groceries up 4 flight of stairs. Another was when we got back later in the evening and had to carry our 2 kids who fell asleep up all 4 flights of stairs. Great work out, but a major inconvience. I would make sure the elevator works before booking especially if you have any elderly people staying.
Also there's construction of the other phases of the building built but for the most part didn't really bother us. There was only one day we couldn't use the pool becuase of how noisy it was.
Overall I would definetly recoomend this place and would come back in the future.
Too long to list. I have never written a review ever. The room was filthy. I have multiple videos/pix. Human hair in tub, on floor in bathroom, on half bath cabinet drawer. Floor has never been properly cleaned. If you use anything and wipe the floor it’s black, fans never checked, washer/dryer dirty, mucus on door to bunk bed room, list goes on
Property was very clean, everything worked as promised including elevator, great view of the Gulf. Will definitely stay again.

Liked: Cleanliness, location, listing accuracy
Disliked: Communication
Great Property lackluster Property Management
I do not like leaving reviews, but because the property manager has decided not to responded to the survey they sent me I will share my thoughts here.
Good:
1. Unit was great and exactly what I was expecting with amazing views of the beach.
2. Location was ideal and we would definitely stay in that area again.
3. It was clean on arrival
Bad:
1. The elevator was down the entire stay. No communication at all. I told the team on arrival and never heard back besides it is a HOA issue. For the amount of money this really ruined the stay to be honest. I get it is a HOA issue, but you can not blame it on communication with HOA as you told me the reason I could not get my unit early was because you have to communicate with the HOA
2. The construction is just crazy. They start right at 7am and work six days a week. It is only going to get worse as they start to frame out.
3. The hot and cold water are switched in the shower. The plumber connected the wrong lines.
4. The pool was closed for 24 hours with no communication.
5. Parking is a disaster at the complex. Not friendly to visitors, but will allow a thousand people a day to walk through the garage, use trash cans and load and unload for the beach like it is public access.
Overall it seemed like the property manager was more concerned about collecting money and telling me when to check out then you were my actual stay. As I stated earlier I provided feedback about issues and never heard back.
Thank you
Beautiful condo! Our first time renting at this complex was the best experience - no long wait for the elevator & ease of use of the luggage cart upon arrival in the parking garage. Very easy to walk to the beach!
