The person assigned to greet my party named “Junior” was the worst guest possible.
The individual is not the owner of the apartment nor is or will be the person you speak to via email just to clarify. Upon arrival about around 8:25pm I was treated with the kindness gatekeeper called Domingo. He walked us to our rooms and helped with bags showed us how to enable the Ac units and gave us a few recommendations where to eat. Upon opening the apartment all lights from the kitchen, living room , fans and bathrooms were turned on. Because we were tired from our trip from SANTO DOMINGO we went out to eat came back and went to bed. Next day we noticed that the shower drain on the 2nd floor was not working and water flooded into the bedroom (which we cleaned). In the hallway bathroom because no one showered the night before we had not noticed that the shower door was off the rail and the shower was full of mold on the walls, 2 shower heads, in the niche and on the floors. To avoid health issues we (7 people) used the 2nd master on the main floor. The Ac Unit in that same room we had to get Domingo to troubleshoot it because it was not working. The unit on the 2nd floor was on but did not blow air. That morning at 9am “Junior” sends me a message stating your check out is at 11. I kindly replied that I knew my time of exit of which I was already heading out of the apartment.
I say all of this to say that this man started to harass me that no one was that the apartment upon his arrival at 10:25am and began sending pictures of the wet towels( used to dry the water that would not drain from the upstairs bathroom) a pillow that had makeup on it, a video of the detailed shower door and the picture of 2 ac units that were on, of which one was from the upstairs unit that was not blowing air and the second unit was from the unit Domingo had helped turn on. He later started to harass that who would pay for the light bill. This is not my first time renting a villa, apartment or any type of housing property and this type of information is usually on the posting before you select the rental or you receive an email detailing this. NONE of this occurred nor was on the posting for the rental on VRBO. I advised him of this and proceeded with harassing that I had to pay.
