Bedroom 1, beckons with a cosy Queen sized bed, ensuring a restful nights sleep.
Bedroom 2, you'll find a versatile King sized bed that can convert to two singles, please request upon booking.
For our youngest guests, a portacot and high chair are available, please request upon booking, ensuring a comfortable stay for the entire family.

Our charming cottage style kitchen is your culinary haven, equipped with all the essentials for preparing a delicious meal. Savour the rich aroma of freshly brewed coffee from the Nespresso coffee machine. Step outside to discover an inviting undercover BBQ area, perfect for enjoying outdoor meals amid the beauty of nature. The fully renovated bathroom pampers you with the best of both worlds: a rejuvenating shower and a separate deep soaking bath. Enjoy a moment of serenity and self care.

The Manse's prime location means you're just a short walk away from a delightful array of dining options and cafes. Leave your car behind and explore Beechworth on foot. Nature enthusiasts will be delighted by the nearby easy walks and bike tracks, go a little further and embark on a wine tasting journey like no other and discover the gourmet food and wine havens of Milawa and King Valley.

Please Note - Rates are based on the first two guests using one bedroom. For those who desire both bedrooms, a surcharge of $50 per night applies when booking for two guests using both bedrooms.

Very well equipped and spacious property
Spacious separate bedrooms and 2 bathroom, modern but stylish interior renovation and wide decks front and back. Lovely kitchen and laundry also present. Comfortable beds - doonas are too hot for me and I would have appreciated having blankets, even just cotton ones, available. But that is just me and may not apply to other guests. Easy walk for me to shops etc Very comfortably and relaxed stay I would be very happy to revisit

A top spot to have a break
Handy walking access to Beechworth, comfortably appointed and spotless. Spacious garden with nice spots to sit and chill. Greatly appreciated having internet and a “smart” TV. We didn’t use the kitchen but it had everything we might have wanted. As we stayed for a week laundry facilities would have been appreciated.
