This exceptional property is possibly the best Beechworth has to offer. A gorgeous holiday rental for larger groups, this renovation and major addition was designed with holiday makers in mind.

With quality fittings and appliances. the property has 4 bedrooms (King bed with ensuite, 2 x Queen Rooms and 1 Double bed). 2 additional beds can be made available for children on request.

There are 2 TV/ living areas - perfect for putting the kids in their own space to watch Netflix.

Kayaks and hand lines for fishing are available for use as well as noodles to float in the lake on.

Its about a 10 min walk into town (around 1km), but once you get to the lake house you wont want to leave!

Watch the sunset over the Chinese gardens while you enjoy a glass of wine. The house is beautifully quiet and you can hear the wonderful birdlife as you enjoy that spectacular view over the lake.

A very special place to unravel with family and friends. Min 3 nights on public holidays. 4 nights over Easter and Christmas.

the perfect spot

Shhh. Don’t share the secret, but this is the best accomm ever. Karen is an incredibly generous host. The house is beautifully decorated, comfortable and cosy for a home away from home. & has everything you will need for your stay. Located right on the lake yet walking distance to town, it’s a fabulous and peaceful location. We bought fishing rods, my teens enjoyed fishing and kayaking. Lots to do around Beechworth or chill on the deck & do absolutely nothing at all. Thank you - hope to be back very soon.

Beautiful property, lovely owner.

Karen was so lovely to deal with from the very beginning. A group of 8 friends rented this gorgeous house to attend a wedding nearby. We love the house so much we’re already discussing coming back again for another long weekend. House is clean, beautifully styled and super cosy. Thanks so much Karen.

Lovely weekend away in beautiful home

Extended family used the house for a winter weekend away. The property is beautiful and the house well-stocked and warm on what were pretty miserable days of weather. Comfortably fit seven adults in the living area and around the kitchen table. Would happily stay at this property against. Short walk into town also - had it not been raining, we wouldn’t have needed our cars

Fantastic lakefront property

A lovely stay in Beechworth

We stayed at this lovely property in Beechworth and were pleasantly surprised by how cozy and comfortable it was. The style was tasteful and made us feel right at home. The fireplace was a nice touch and kept us warm on chilly nights. The fully equipped kitchen was a bonus, and we enjoyed cooking meals together. The location was great, and we were able to explore the town with ease. The hosts were friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, we highly recommend this property for a relaxing getaway.

Brilliant place for a Beechworth stay

We all loved your property Karen, many thanks. Only issue of note was that we had hoped some basic breakfast provisions would be provided eg bread, eggs etc. Details about this were not evident from the online listing but have typically been a feature of similar properties we have used in the area an elsewhere. Super Comfortable

We absolutely loved this stay. We paddle boarded on the lake with our friends and kids (6yrs 9yrs) bit of a steep decline down to the lake but was doable. House was super comfortable with everything you would need for an easy weekend. Kids and adult board games and activities were a great add and we loved them also. Walking distance to town also. We will be back!

Leisurely days by the Lake

This beautiful and thoughtfully designed house overlooking the lake was just what us four singles needed after a challenging year. Relaxing afternoon drinks on the balcony, beautiful sunsets and clear night skies were restorative. To cook for everyone and celebrate a 50th topped off the weekend. Thank you for having us!

Amazing property

Beautiful well kept house with amazing lake views. Short stroll into the Main Street in Beechworth. Beautiful gardens and access to the lake from garden gate. Highly recommend this property for a family stay and catch up.
