Executive double storey, three bedroom townhouse . Minutes walk to town, All tastefully decorated. Upstairs - Main Bedroom, Queen size bed, Ensuite. Balcony off main bedroom. Downstairs - Two bedrooms downstairs, with bathroom, Queen size bed, 2 single beds Dishwasher, Microwave, New flat screen TV and DVD. New Air Conditioner. BBQ on front balcony overlooking the entrance Directly across the road from Merimbula Lake No linen supplied. No Pets allowed.
Check in time is strictly 3pm and check out time is strictly 10am.
Keys will not be handed out before check in time unless prior arrangements have been made.

Please note for Christmas/New Year bookings, first preference is given to the current guests. We will take new bookings from mid February.
