Located on the North end of Big Bear City with lots of privacy and open space. This beautiful multi-level home features plenty of natural light, amazing craftsmanship and luxury amenities that will have your friends and family entertained year-round. Views of the Stanfield Marsh Wildlife Preserve. Nearby Alpine Pedal Path, the Lake, Convention Center, Oktoberfest, Big Bear Snow Play, and National Forest hiking trails. Just a short drive to the Village, marinas, ski resorts, Alpine Zoo, and more!

LIVING SPACE - Spacious 2000+ sq ft home with living room, ceiling fans, dining table, bar seating, a beautiful wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.

ROOMS & BEDS - 4 bedroom, 4 bath. First master bedroom has a California king bed, TV, bath, and balcony. Second master bedroom has a California king bed, TV, bath, and deck. Third bedroom has a queen bed and TV. Fourth bedroom has two full/full bunk beds and TV. Game room has a futon. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, stove/oven, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker and Keurig, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.

AMENITIES - Sun room with indoor all season hot tub. Game room with pool table, foosball table, arcade games, poker table, and karaoke machine! Board games include Cards Against Humanity Family Edition, Chutes and Ladders, and more. Smart TVs with Roku, streaming apps along with fast WiFi. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace. Washer dryer available.

Great location and good property manager, old property needs upgrades and repairs badly

Big but old quirky house, right on the NE side of lake, at the edge of marsh / wildlife preserve. We did not love staying here bc of several issues listed below. Pluses: lovely view, various birds nearby who live by the marsh. Sunroom, back deck are nice spaces, w/ great views, fire pit and grill Big Bear Cool Cabins was responsive and generally available after hours; easy to work with. Another plus: supermarkets just on other side of the lake. Vons, Stater Bros are 4 min drives. Really nice running trail alongside lake 5 minutes from house. Issues / reasons we won’t rent again: 1. Electrical. Power went out daily during the 3-day stay. Handyman came every time, never could to fix it. Fridge died. Food spoiled. Garage door wouldn’t open. Plus there’s 100 light switches. Really hard to just turn lights on. 2. Organization / tidiness. All varieties of stuff stuck randomly throughout house. Zero organization. Had 10 towels exactly for 10 people, no extras. No paper towels. No extra trash liner (other than original one). No extra sheets. A hundred knives in the kitchen but only 4 spoons. Sparse toiletries also. 3. Cleanliness. Maids clearly not wiping / dusting. There’s dust layers all over wood floors and surface top. Beware if you have allergies.

Excellent for groups

Parking for 3+ cars. 8 minutes to town. Lake view (due to increased rain). Lovely patio. Yard not fully fenced. Sun rooms amazing. Game room not well accessible if you are over 6 feet. (BTW Amazon will deliver here).

Fun and comfortable

Wonderful place. View/deck amenities were wonderful. The propane tank for fire pit was empty so we bought propane for it but it worked great. Master bedroom super comfortable but double bed in upstairs floor was not at all. Kitchen had everything we needed as far as plates/utensils/bowls/pans so easy to feel at home. Highly recommend!
