Beautiful, comfortable & peaceful

It is a beautiful and peaceful place tucked at a perfect spot which is neither too far from Geelong nor too close to the crowd. Everything about the place is perfect! The house is spacious, modern and clean. The lawn is absolutely gorgeous. Would definitely recommend. Thank you, Mary-ann. You had been a very gracious host.

Hi, My name is Mary-ann and my husband Mark and I own this beautiful corner of the countryside. We love our garden and love to share it with others. The majority of our 50 acres is used for cropping, but 5 acres have been given to our love of gardening and creating a peaceful, tranquil place to work and relax. Our Farm house was built by Mark and consists of 4 bedrooms, modern kitchen, open living areas, all comfortable furnished with ducted heating and cooling as well as wood fire for cosy winter evenings. There are outdoor entertainment areas, perfect for summer family get togethers. Our property is perfectly positioned between Geelong, for city life, and The Great Ocean Road and The Otways for many of Victoria's stunning tourist attractions.

Our property is very private and provides a relaxing garden and a modern comfortable home to use as your own. With 4 bedrooms we have room for 9 guests to enjoy the country life for a quiet, relaxing get away.

Uniquely positioned in a beautiful part of the Victorian countryside, we have the best of country living with the City of Geelong only 20 minutes away in one direction and the beautiful Great Ocean Road 25 mins away in the other. We have wineries, pubs and restaurants in surrounding areas, yet we feel very secluded in our little corner of the countryside.
