Awesome Place!
We loved staying at The Lagoons. It was very clean and tidy, close enough to everything that you could walk, and a perk was the private hot tub. We would definitely recommend this place and look forward to a future stay!

We had such a great time here! Such a quick walk into the village. We loved the hot tub after a day of riding bikes in the valley trail. Tons of space, nice and clean, well stocked kitchen (not that we cooked!). Property manager was great and I appreciated the free book written by the owners! Thanks for a great stay!!

This actually needs to be 4.5 stars!
This unit was as described and was another perfect location for our stay. We like that it's across the street from the village and not directly in the village. It's quiet, easy and secure parking, clean, well laid out and the hottub and grill were greatly appreciated. Only two LITTLE quibbles were an issue with the toilet, but that has handled quickly by Harmony and some confusing buttons on the hot tub. Which is probably more operator error than anything! ;-) I would confidently rebook any units that Harmony has in this complex.
This was a very nice property with a kitchen very well-stocked for preparing in-home meals as well as a large dining table that seats up to 6. The beds were comfortable and the baths clean. The front door opens out onto Northwood, so a bit noisy, and the back patio, where the hot tub is located, is accessed through the guest bedroom. The hot tub was nice, but not private, since the property is on the ground floor and the back patio is adjacent to the common pathway. The unit has prime access to the parking garage, so bringing items up from the car is very easy. The grill was clean and worked perfectly. The wi-fi struggled in the back bedrooms, so perhaps a re-positioning of the router or an extender is warranted to provide better coverage to the entire unit. The location is very good....almost as good as staying directly in the Lower Village. We were a family with 3 young children and it was comfortable for us all. We brought an air mattress to put on the floor of the guest room but there was not enough room, so our youngest used the sofa bed, which was very comfortable and had been made up in advance by the cleaning staff. A warning on parking....a rooftop carrier will probably not make it into the parking garage and there is no on-street parking for this property. We brought bikes and there was a secure area to keep them in the garage. Overall, I highly recommend this property.

Pretty good stay
Very clean, well equipped and comfortable stay. However, cleaning fee is a bit high considering you're basically expected to clean the place anyhow. Checkout @10 am is egregious. 10 pm hot tub cut off a bit ridiculous...there's literally nothing to do in whistler after 10pm anyways, my wife and I found that annoying.

Thank you for pointing out the positives of your stay at The Lagoons, Brendan. We do not ask guests to clean upon departure, however, taking out the garbage and loading the dishwasher is appreciated. A 10 am check out time is pretty standard for vacation rentals and agreed to at the time of booking. That said, we are always happy to honor late check out requests when possible had you reached out. The 10 pm noise bylaw is enforced by the resort municipality, including the use of hot tubs in any property. As you traveled during COVID, there are additional restrictions in place for businesses in Whistler which you would have been aware of, similar to that in your home town. We would encourage you to come back when things are back to normal and find out how amazing Whistler is. Asides from these few policies and community guidelines, we are happy to hear that you had a pretty good stay.
There are definitely some Pro’s to this property: location, private hot tub (at a reasonable price), and 2 bathrooms. The price was decent. Cons were pretty apparent though too. It was very dated, so if you are looking for that cozy feel with some cabin decor, you won’t get it here. It doesn’t get a whole lot of natural light. Also, the beds were mediocre. The guest bed is very creaky and uncomfortable, we ended up switching with our kids for the second night. Overall I was happy with the price for what we got. I may splurge on something more cozy with a view of the mountains for our next trip though.

We do manage a number of properties if you are after something with a more modern feel. This is the first we have heard negative feedback about the beds and will certainly keep this in mind. Asides from this, we are glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay.
I have stayed at many properties at Whistler over the years and this one was perfect for our needs.
Close to the village and yet not noisy. Bedrooms faced the courtyard so quiet. Outside door to enter, much preferred by me with the pandemic ( no elevators, extra doors) @ bringing equipment in @ out.
Yes, some stairs to parkade and street, but not many.
Free ( included in price) parking underground.
We had an issue with the garage door ( not functioning) and quick response by property managers, who contacted the strata.
Overall a good experience. Inside of suite is sl dated. Also be aware there will be people above you, we were fortunate they were quiet.

Check-in was a breeze with all information accessible well beforehand.
The building is right next to the Marketplace, so you are within a convenient walking distance to a great selection of shops and restaurants (5-ish minute walk to Purebread)
The hot tub was wonderful for relaxing in after a day full of adventuring.
When cooking breakfast, it was more enjoyable thanks to a great selection of appliances and kitchenware.
The next time we plan a trip to Whistler, this will be the first place I check for availability.

Great location near the market, shops and 9 min walk to the lifts. Nice property with parking, washer/dryer, hot tub and BBQ. Bathrooms are in need of a little updating (dated toilets, leaky faucets) but aside from that this is a superb property.

Very good location. Slightly difficult to find at night time. There was a slight damp smell but it went away with some febreeze. Hot tub was handy to heal mountain bike aches. Lots of room to cook and eat.
