Convenient Location with Good Amenities

The house was in a great spot, close to shopping and restaurants, which made things really convenient. It was a nice, comfortable place with plenty of space for all of our guests. The hot tub and projection screen were great bonuses that we enjoyed during our stay. Overall, it’s a solid, average home—nothing fancy, but it had everything we needed for a good stay.

This is a wonderful property, quiet neighborhood and walking distance to the park. Our family of 9 had ample space to relax and enjoy our stay. The location is close to everything you need, shopping, dinning, and attractions. The photos don't do it justice, beautiful mountain views from every window.

Great house, great location

This was a wonderful house in a really great neighborhood. Close to stores and restaurants. The hot tub, downstairs TV room, and all the beds were my selling points for this stay and I wasn't disappointed. The house contact was quick to respond and friendly. I would recommend this house and would definitely stay again!

Great experience!

There was thirteen of us, children-adults, who came and stayed at this location. There was plenty of room and entertainment for all of us. We enjoyed the location being close to events that were planned and unplanned. It was clean, spacious, and quiet area, we are willing to come again.

This property is close to everything and super roomy. Our family of 9, including two sets of grandparents, had a great time here. The playground was great for our 3yr old and my preteens loved the theater room. Couldn't have found a better spot for the week. The mountains can be seen from almost every window, the pictures truely don't do it justice. This is a wonderful property to book, not a single disappointment.

Great Location and Space for Large Groups

This home is in an excellent location. It is very spacious for a large family, the outdoor playground was a nice added feature. It's close to the park which was helpful with my littles. The movie room and hot tub have great potential but needs tending to which I will privately message the host about. The home is missing some key items in the kitchen but overall it was a great stay.

Excellent place to stay!

Upon arrival, you could tell the house is well kept, and the decor was beautiful! There was plenty of room for all 8 of us who stayed. The beds were comfortable and cozy. There is an awesome home theatre in the basement which was perfect for movie night! Everyone felt welcome and like it was a home away from home! The backyard was beautiful and a great place to hang out, the hot tub was also clean and well kept. We will definitely keep this house in mind next time we’re looking for a weekend getaway!

Super Stay!!

My family of 7 all came together to ski and celebrate the college graduation of my youngest son. This family-friendly home gave us everything we desired for the perfect family gathering. We enjoyed days of skiing, coming back and hitting the hot tub, and gathering in the kitchen/family room for meals, movies, and family game nights. Plenty of bedrooms, baths, and even the workout area provide everything you'll need for a great stay. I'd recommend this house to any family or group looking to kick back and enjoy being together!

Clean and nice but not perfect

House was clean and nice. Lots of space. Beds were a bit uncomfortable because they were just mattresses on boards without box springs. The house was nice, but they used the lowest end, cheapest products on many renovations. Some things needed some repainting like the railing on the stairway and incomplete painting job in the master bath toilet room. But was overall a nice place.

Riverton house

Our family came to stay at this house because we were in Riverton for a funeral. It worked perfectly! It was close to grocery stores, fast food, stores, restaurants. The children’s play area in the backyard worked very well for the little kids. We didn’t have time to use the hot tub, but wished we could have. If I was going to critique anything, it would be that the dishes could be updated. There is only one drinking glass, so we had to use the wine glasses to drink water. We really appreciate you letting us stay in your house, it really helped us out!

Hometown Visit

Property was as listed, plenty of towels, toilet paper, laundry soap, trash bags, kitchen items - noting this as many properties are lacking in this area. Property contact was very responsive and went out of his way to bring the mailbox key over to the property as we had some Amazon deliveries that got delivered and could not access. Very spacious, downstairs area was great, nice greenway/walkway that leads to the nearby park is right outside the property. A few items that could use attention: - The grill was unusable, it was pretty dirty, we tried to clean it, bought new scrappers, etc., however could just not get it up to par that the family wanted to grill with it. Not a huge deal.- Internet service - HORRIBLE, please contact Comcast to come out and service your address. Wifi kept dropping every 1-2 hours, we would have to re-set the modem. The modem needs to be swapped.

Overall the space in the house was great for our family of 11! A blow up mattress was even added when requested! The layout is wonderful to give everyone their own space! If you are planning on cooking meals the kitchen is not well stocked or organized and the grill was not clean. The swing set shown was VERY unstable and we did not allow our kids to use the swings for fear it would collapse. The hot tub was enjoyed by all and was clean and functional. The house was "clean" but needed a thorough cleaning under sofas/beds, etc... I bought hangers for the closets as they were not provided. The biggest issue was the CONTINUOUS bird droppings on the back patio from birds nesting under the solar panels. It was sometimes "raining" poo....not cool when kids are playing in the yard. The location is great for easy access to groceries, and short drive to the mountains. A mixed review, but with some attention it could be a great stay for a large group. Caleb was quick to help when a couple things needed immediate attention and that was very much appreciated. I have to be honest though as I rely on these reviews when I am choosing a VRBO. Thank you.

Great Space

We came to SLC for a Celebration of life for my Aunt. The guests included my family of 6, my brother's family of 4 and my mom. We had more than enough room for us all. So much space! Loved the outdoor living area. So nice to be able to sit and watch TV while my kids played on the playset or soaked in the Hot Tub.
