Exactly as described, received communication from property owner well in advance. Lots of little restaurants around. Was a bit dated but mostly clean. Very noisy at nighttime.

Super clean, modern, convenient, excellent communication

Very clean, modern studio. Queen size Murphy bed which was already pulled out and ready. We arrived in town a little early and Sammy confirmed we could get in early, in the end we didn’t as we continued sightseeing. We literally used the place to sleep, shower and get back on our road trip. The sofa pulls out to another bed which we ended up using, it was comfortable to sit on though. There is a nice coffee shop on the corner of the street. There’s no parking in the building but there is an underground garage about 100 yards away that I think was about US$12 for a night. Place is about 5 mins away from the old town / chateau area which is where we spent most of our day. Right now there is a little road construction in the area, so GPS can get a little confused with the road closures. There’s no affect on the condo at night as the construction shuts down. The area had a number of shops, bars and restaurants which we didn’t explore as we only had time for touristy stuff. Would recommend a stay here.

Appartement bien placé mais nettoyé au minimum

Cet appartement est très bien placé dans Québec mais la gestion de l'appartement et de l'immeuble n'est pas au point.. Nous sommes arrivés et la chambre n'était pas nettoyé, je n'en aurais pas tenu rigueur de base car après signalement au propriétaire une femme de ménage est venue mais nous avons ensuite remarqué qu'uniquement les draps étaient changés le reste de l'appartement n'est pas nettoyé.. Les placards montraient une couche de poussière , poussière sous les lits etc .. C'est pas très clean pour un logement qui change souvent de visiteurs.. L'ascenseur permettant d'accéder à l'appartement était couvert de ketchup quand nous sommes arrivés le mercredi et les tâches n'avaient pas bougées à notre départ d lundi matin .. l'immeuble semble être remplis de lgement de vacances ( boîte à clés par dizaine devant l'immeuble) et je pense que personne s'occupe des communs ..

Stay was ok with some minor issues

We had a pleasant stay overall. The location was perfect for all the sightseeing we needed to do during our stay in Quebec city for 2 nights. We only had a couple of issues with the place: 1. Accuracy of listing - the listing mentioned parking and washing machine in the Amenities but the host directed us to get parking nearby at an underground garage for $15/day. The washing machine was not in the unit but in the same floor and is coin operated. Maybe it was a misunderstanding or I wasn't aware how it usually works with this website since this is our first booking. I wish these things were described better in the listing. I've used other vacation rentals in the past and never had to pay for anything that was listed as an amenity. 2. We had to ask for toiletries since these were not intially made available and after some back and forth with the host he made sure it was sent to us . I would recommend this place however the accuracy of the listing could use some improvement.
