Our home is 3000 square feet and is located in a very nice neighborhood in beautiful Surprise, Arizona. Private pool heated to 85 degrees, no additional charge, Tiki bar makes for great backyard entertaining outside as well as pool table, and two-family rooms for entertaining inside. Bedroom #1 on main floor with Queen bed and bathroom on main. Upstairs large master king room w/private bathroom, two other rooms one with King and one with queen additional 3rd bathroom upstairs. Small home office upstairs.

Amazing Stay!

Great place

We could not have asked for a better place to stay. In town with friends and the house was perfect for us to hang out at the pool or tiki bar but yet have so much room inside the house to have our own space. Would definitely stay here again!!

Awesome house

Four couples stayed in this four bedroom house for the USTA tennis tournament in February. It was very adequate for what we needed. Unfortunately, the weather wasn’t quite nice enough to enjoy the tiki bar or the pool but nonetheless it was very enjoyable.

Sunshine and a pool

We has a great time, the house was perfectly equipped with everything we needed. The house was large enough to let everyone to have their own room with tv… The grandsons loved the warm pool and at night it was family game time on the pool table and ping pong table … I would highly recommended this house and the owner …

Great House for Families

We Loved the House and all the amenities that are available, unfortunately the pool heater decided to stop working, so the pool was not an option in Decembers weather. Fortunately these owners are caring and tried diligently to get it fixed. Lucky for us Lisa called and apologized and gave us a refund for the pool being unusable!!! I would definitely recommend this House!!

Quite and spacious!

We had all the amenities/accessories we could need while staying here. Lovely home with a small park across the street. Grocery store and restaurants within a short 5 minute drive. Seperate living spaces for larger groups. Only "negative" thing was no hottub. Listening said it had ine but its the tub in the primary bedroom upstairs. Not a deal breaker by any means! The primary bedroom and bathroom was to die for! So big and shower was amazing! Will definitely stay here again when we come back!

Great getaway for girls trip

To get away from the midwestern winters, we escape to AZ in February. This year, we tried Surprise, and it did not disappoint. We stayed the week before spring training games started, so local restaurants were busy, but not crazy. Ask for the happy hour menu at the Toast... great appetizers and drink specials. Really enjoyed the heated pool, and 4 bedrooms for 4 ladies was the best. Great hiking nearby at White Tanks park, plus a walking trail through the neighborhood. We also found out that you're never too old for ping-pong. Kitchen was well stocked, and plenty of grocery stores nearby. We did have a few minor issues with the cleaning, but owner was very kind and responsive through VRBO messaging. Would definitely recommend.

Awesome House and visit

We really enjoyed the house and the awesome pool!!! The location was great for us! The only thing that could have been better is if MLB wasn't in a lockout... we didn't get to watch any games. The owner was very responsive and very nice. Thanks for a great month!

Sibling Get Together

6 siblings, who had to cancel 2 vacations d/t Covid finally get together. We could not have picked a better place. This house is a vacation paradise, all we had to supply was the food and drinks. The backyard pool and patio, where we spent most of our time, allowed all of us to sit back and relax. Lisa, your place is a 5-star vacation home in every way.

Close to many golf courses, restaurants and shopping areas. Also, and very important it was a very safe area, you will feel totally safe walking around day or night.
