This is our second stay at this comfy home. Although there were only two of us this house is spacious to accommodate larger groups. Open floor plan with plenty of seating.

Super happy with our stay!

I would definitely stay here again! You couldn't ask for a nicer, safer neighborhood, the house is still like new, very clean and stocked with everything you need! Has a nice, private back yard with tons of seating, has a cornhole game, soccer ball and lots of games for kids to play inside as well. It even had a scooter that my 7 year old used to go around the neighborhood on to visit the many parks. Oh and the hosts couldn't be better either, super responsive! Just can't say enough good things about this place!

Home Away from Home

Wow! This property was absolutely perfect for our time in AZ for our son’s baseball tournament. It is more than fully stocked with everything you could ever need! It’s roomy, comfortable, and truly felt like home. We highly recommended this to anyone looking for a place to stay in Surprise!

Such a comfortable home to stay in and very quiet neighborhood (except jets from air force flying over but it was cool). Great location as we had to drive to Texas spring training facility every day. Home had everything we needed and owner was very easy to get ahold of.

Spring Training

We stayed for 2 weeks during spring training and had a great time! The house was comfortable, clean, and very well equipped (even had a printer). Nice neighborhood and the community pool was great. The owner responded quickly to all of our questions. We would definitely stay here again.

Quick trip to Surprise

Surprise,AZ was a very pleasant surprise! The house is in a really nice development with plenty of playground structures and sidewalks to get a good walk in. The house had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Will be back!

Wonderful Stay

Neighborhood is so quaint and homie, arriving at the home felt so warm and inviting. Being in AZ for work, this stay got me to enjoy the comforts of home and I forgot I was on the road at all. Clean and comfortable accommodation, I would recommend this stay to anyone. Very lovely home. Thank you.

The house is clean and charming! It was too hot at this time of year to enjoy the outside seating area but the yard is pretty! The living area is spacious! Bonus slot and poker machine which sadly were not working. Beautiful property- we’d stay there again!

Perfect Christmas

We were having a family Christmas for the first time in over 10 years, in Surprise. We needed another location to accommodate some of us. Found this gem within blocks of my family. Everything we needed was there. The house was furnished perfectly. No complaints here. The host always answered in a timely fashion. Oh, and we all loved taking our chance on the slot machines. Will stay there again!

I stayed for a week with my 5 year old son. The neighborhood was safe and there were several parks nearby. I appreciated that the house was well stocked (laundry room, kitchen, toiletries). We had everything we needed!
