Charming 3 bedroom house close to downtown!
Relax at this charming house after a day of work or enjoying the sights. The whole main floor of the house is yours to enjoy, a well appointed main floor living room with a Nest smart thermostat and a newly installed AC, 3 cozy bedrooms, a functional kitchen with everything you will need and a 4 piece bathroom. There is a fully separate rented private suite that occupies the basement and a fully equipped laundry space shared with basement tenant. The backyard has outdoor dining and a firepit. A smart lock on the front door makes check-in a breeze. Minimum stay of 30 nights required due to City of Saskatoon regulations.

Great home in accessible location
A very comfortable home with everything you need for a longer stay. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pots, and pans. The beds were comfortable. A really nice touch is a selection of books, puzzles, and games.
