Million dollar view!! Breathtaking 180-degree views of the City Lights and Mountain Range.

This beautifully fully decorated and updated home has marble, granite and travertine. The open floor plan home has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and is on top of the hill in a very quiet, safe neighborhood. The exquisite resort like backyard has a hot tub (heating of the spa is included in the daily rental price) and salt water pool, gazebos, barbecue grill and yard perfectly situated to enjoy the spectacular view and outdoor stars.

The house features renovated modern bathrooms with multiple shower heads and a fully equipped kitchen. The living room has a 70" smart TV and stereo. The family room has a gas burning fireplace, a 65” flat screen TV and pool table. The house is equipped with free high speed internet.

The master suite has a top of the line pillow top king size bed, while the other 2 bedrooms both feature new queen beds with high quality Sealy mattresses. All three bedrooms have their own large flat screen TV’s. This home comfortably accommodating 6 people.

Located in the San Fernando Valley, this home is close and convenient to many attractions, fine restaurants, shopping, beaches, golf courses, and hiking trails.

The house has incredible easy freeway access to the 405, 5, 118,and the 210 freeways.

Truly a perfect home away from home!

The pictures do not do this house justice, it was even better than we had hoped for! The house is beautifully furnished and decorated and was equipped with everything and everything that we needed or wanted during our stay. It was comfortable and inviting and we felt at home immediately. The host is great to work with and was very responsive to all of my questions. The location was ideal for our needs, close access to the freeway as well as shopping and restaurants and centrally located enough that it was easy to visit various local attractions such as Santa Monica beach, Universal Studios and Hollywood. This house is definitely at the top of my list for future visits!

Absolutely perfect, again

This was our second stay at Nancy's spectacular home. All the information and the pictures on the internet are accurate. This house is not your ordinary vacation rental but a real home away from home. High class furnishing with attention to every detail. You will find everything you'll need for a perfect stay. The house is located in a beautiful, quiet and safe neighborhood, close to two large shopping centers with supermarkets, farmacy, several nice restaurants and a petrol station and it's close to the freeway so all interesting sights of LA are within a short ride. Nancy is easy to work with. We will definitely come back here again.

Unfriendly spying neighbors, accused of having loud parties, not welcoming feeling lots of clutter..

Stayed 7 nights to visit family. The backyard and pool is nice. But place has issues. "4-5 HRS yard maintenance" without notice and gardening lawnmower blasting before 8AM Friday morning. When we arrived on Monday the trash bin was not emptied so texted Nancy if we can have it emptied. The next day, she promptly someone and he stayed 4+ hours doing yard cleaning and maintenance and just squished trash. We felt this type of heavy cleaning could have waited until we left. I mentioned to Nancy that just wanted the trash emptied. Then I got this text: “I'm sorry you’re upset the the our home is being maintained while you are there. Things needed to be attended to along with your request.” Uhh… Nope, NEVER asked for a 4-5 hour yard cleaning with a vacuum. We have 2 airbnbs ourselves and totally possible to schedule those heavy maintenance after guests leave. House manual says “gardening service” Fridays, but doesn’t specify that it’s before 8AM so if want to get some sleep on your vacation – out of luck. And the neighbor’s lawn service is off 7 AM on some other day. Lots going on. B. Accused of having “loud parties”. And then the owner sends me this: "I WOULD LIKE to remind you that per the rental agreement there are not suppose to be any parties there. I had some complaints from neighbors last night that there were quite a few people in and out of the house all day and a loud pool party happening.” WHAT?! We didn’t have any parties. We never played any music. I did tell my kids to put sunscreen or this or that like a normal mother does, but 3-4 people outside talking and laughing is a “loud pool party”? My brother came with some toilet paper (they didn't have any) and my 80-year old parents came by with some shopping and food. So had to tell my parents, “sorry, you cannot come over to watch your grandkids play”. Spending quiet quality time with nuclear family (they never stayed overnight) is why we rented a house instead of renting hotel rooms. Better confirm this before paying deposit otherwise you might be accused of “breaking” the house rules. Also, cameras in the pool but should have been covered to protect guests' privacy. Shag carpet all over toilets is gross, bring slippers - wouldn't even want to know what a whiff of that would smell like. Lots of knicknacks, pebbles inside are choking hazard for little ones and pool bottom made daughter's feet bleed so need pool sandals for sure for kids.

Relaxing retreat

We had a wonderful time at Nancy's place. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I rarely rate anything "perfect" That being said, it doesn't get much better than this. The place is clean, the view is fantastic and the amenities are great. Nancy was very responsive and very pleasant. We live in the LA area, and yet it felt like we were on vacation. What more can you ask for!?!

Cozy house with an amazing view

We enjoyed our stay in this house. Very well located to visit all interesting places in LA ( Hollywood, Venice, Santa Monica...). We also spent a lot of time enjoying the backyard, the pool and jacuzzi.... breakfasts and dinners with amazing view ! Well equipped, quiet and restful place. We recommend it.

Nice Place but complaining neighbors

My family and I stayed at the property and it's a really nice home. However, the neighbors contacted the owner complaining of noise after the first day there. The complaints weren’t true at all. We felt like we were always being watched. There's a nice pool and surround sound system but we couldn't really enjoy them. The rest of the time there we were paranoid. We did our best to keep the kids quiet and the music down. I wouldn't rent the place again.

Beautiful pool with a beautiful view

A nice home for my family to have a mini getaway. The house is clean and homey. The backyard is unbelievably comfortable and beautiful. My kids enjoyed the pool so much that they don’t want to leave! Nancy is very nice and responsive. We had a really nice time at the house.

Million-Dollar-View

We are a family of four and we had the pleasure to stay in this outstanding vacation home for 9 days. Our host Nancy looked very well after us and you are certainly in good hands with her. Fantastic LA stay

We stayed here for a week during our road trip through California. Great location, we spent days at Universal, Hollywood and Santa Monica beach which were all a short drive from Porter Ranch. The property was clean and bright with all services catered for. The pool was great and my children loved it. The view from the back garden is amazing. Makes you feel like you’re on the edge of the park. Very calm and relaxing. Would definitely recommend.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was conveniently located and just about 30 minutes away from most everything. I would recommend staying off the 405 if you can. The view from the patio was amazing and we enjoyed many days and nights just sitting outside enjoying it all. There were a few hiccups but Nancy was easy to communicate with and made every attempt to make it right. She responded quickly. Overall we enjoyed our stay (except the traffic, but hey its LA). We would definitely stay there again if we ever come back.

Wonderful stay, lovely home!

This home is a lovely and comfortable place, perfect for our extended stay. Most of the rooms face the backyard which includes a jacuzzi, pool and a spectacular view of the valley and mountains. The location is great, and it has easy access to the L.A freeways and nearby supermarkets. Nancy is wonderful to work with, very responsive and helpful. An amazing home with a million dollar view

Stayed for five nights while in LA for a wedding. Super easy to access off of freeway. Easy to reach Simi Valley, Santa Clarita and the San Fernando valley. Home is very comfortable but it is the pool, jacuzzi and view that make his home super special. The house was very clean, beds comfortable and Nancy very easy to work with. Next time in LA I will be looking this one up again.

Wonderful home!

This was an amazing place to stay for a week. My family of 2 children (9 and 3), my wife, and I all loved this home. It's in a wonderful neighborhood, very convenient to the highways (405, 5), and extremely well taken care of and clean! The beds were very comfortable, the bathrooms clean and what you would expect - good hot water, good water pressure, and the décor makes it feel like a true home - not just a vacation rental. In the back, the pool area and patio are a great place to unwind after the day and take a quick swim or have a glass of wine. The pictures here don't do justice to the breathtaking scenery in the back. Location wise, the home was close to supermarkets (Whole Foods, and Wal-Mart) and convenient to Universal Studios and Hollywood. We spent a day at Santa Monica beach and that was about 30 minutes away. Disney is a bit of a drive - maybe 75 minutes depending upon traffic, but is very doable. LAX is about 30-45 minutes away, again depending upon time of day and traffic. We would highly recommend this home - it's as nice a home as we've found on HomeAway - and we've rented about 15 different homes at this point. You won't be disappointed. Nancy, the owner is very responsive and provided great information to help us plan our trip.

A beautiful property in a stunning location within easy reach of everything.

This property truly felt like a home for our 2 week stay. Nancy always replied promptly to any messages we sent but she left us alone to enjoy the property. I felt like, although the photos on the website are lovely, they really didn’t do the property justice. It is even nicer in real life! I think the pool is bigger than it looks in the pictures. It is so peaceful out in the back garden but it is nice to be able to have music playing through the outdoor speakers. We visited Universal Studios Hollywood, Hollywood, Disneyland, Warner Brothers Studio tour, Griffith Observatory, crazy golf and Camarillo outlet stores during our stay and all were within easy reach due to the 118 freeway being just down the road. There are also plenty of supermarkets and restaurants within a 10 minute drive. All I would say is, if you are small like me, you’ll need a stepladder to get up onto the master bed! It’s huge! Once I got into bed though, I slept so well as it is so comfy and the thick curtains kept the room dark. The front bedrooms could do with curtains though and not just blinds as the bright sunlight woke the kids up early. We had to throw a blanket over the top to keep some light out. All in all, we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend the property to anyone wanting to visit the LA region.

We had a wonderful vacation. The pictures of this home don’t do it justice. The view is breathtaking. House, pool, view, and location were perfect. Wonderful Home! Fantastic Views!

My wife and I and our two teenagers rented this home for nine days in June 2018 and couldn't have been happier. The backyard and views of the valley are even more impressive in person! The backyard was very private, the pool and jacuzzi were clean and in working order and the views of the valley were amazing! We have several friends and family members in the LA area and had them over on multiple occasions for dinner on the patio, swimming and catching up. The backyard was the perfect place for entertaining. Nancy checked in on us by text to make sure everything was satisfactory and let us know she was available if there were any issues but never intruded. The home was conveniently located near major roads, shopping and freeway access but set back in the neighborhood with a lot of privacy. My wife and I enjoyed our morning walks with stunning views of the hills. We would highly recommend this home and definitely plan on renting it again if we come back for another visit.

It’s a beautiful house with a great view and great location.

We stayed in this home for two weeks at the end of December it is a beautiful home with everything that you need to feel like you’re at home. The pool and hot tub are very nice but it was cool while we were there so we did not heat the pool and the hot tub is a little tricky because it does not stay thermostatically controlled. But the home is beautiful and is in a beautiful area with easy access to the highway and anywhere that you would like to go nice safe neighborhood and lots of things to do around so thank you for sharing your home with us .
