Beautiful and spacious two-bedroom downtown condo just two blocks from the beach, inlet, and boardwalk. Enjoy this great downtown location with all the comforts of home. Includes full kitchen (with Keurig & drip coffee maker) and living area, WIFI, 3 TVs, and an elevator and 2 covered parking spots. Bed sizes include a king bed plus a daybed with a trundle in the primary bedroom, a king in the second bedroom, and a queen sleep sofa in the living area. The condo can accommodate up to eight guests. Property rents Saturday-Saturday in season and any 3 nights off-season.
Guests must supply all sheets, towels, soaps, and paper products. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. A washer and dryer are provided in the condo for your convenience.
Non-smoking, non-vaping. No pets, please. The property owner does not rent to groups under the age of 25. We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of our properties, including photos, descriptions, pricing, and amenities shown above. Although they are deemed reliable, they cannot be guaranteed. Great Condo great location

This was one of best weeks in ocmd my family has enjoyed. I really hope we have the opportunity to stay at this location next year this time next year. I would like the thanks the owners for allowing my family to enjoy a home away from home.

Great place to stay. Everything was convenient to the condo. There was no need to drive anywhere once you were settled in. Grocery shopping was very close. The kids were able to go with no need to watch them. It was Everything you could ask for in one location we highly recommend it.

We’ve stayed in this building for 7 years, and this was our 1st time in this unit. It was by far our favorite one. It has been updated beautifully and was possibly the cleanest unit we’ve ever had. Can’t wait to stay again!

Good Location

Property was nice and showed just like the picture. Perfect location being close to the beach and boardwalk. I was disappointed that they didn’t have anything to help with luggage at the condo. Can be noisy in the room with people up above and outside. But all in all it was a very nice place to stay.
